They drive our cars ?

Left my car to go on vacation, came back to a suv that was left at the exit of the facilty at the gate. As soon as I drove it out side I found that it was undriveable. Called the place that I had just drove out of and asked what had they done to the truck. There reply was get a tow truck and submit a claim and it would be taken care of if they thought it was there fault. When they contacted me they told that as soon as I drove it outside of the parking area any thing that was wrong with it was my responsibility. Con job !!!!!!
Pros:
Cons: They drive the customers cars. It is suppose to be a parking garage, not a take my car and have a joy ride!

Good Service, Great Staff
Pros: Quick in and out.
Cons: Still prefer the Avistar Haynes Lot to this one as its just a quicker jump to the airport.

I have used Avistar several times over the last 7 years. I never checked my mileage or paid much attention to the details of my car but I will not park there again after readig the reviews posted here.

Travelling with three little kids, AviStar was not customer oriented. The pick up times were long and there was a lack of information about which bus to use (red or blue for the different lots)
Pros: Car was as we had left it
Cons: Significant hassle with the pick up. I will change lots for the next trip.

Never had the car driven but cars are parked outside so have had rain spots, etc. all the time. Used to get fast service and a month ago left my car there and didn't get that. The folks were slow to drive over to the airport, and on car pickup the cares weren't even waiting - they were already late getting other's cars out of the lot, and no one had the car waiting even if given plenty of time between arrival and drop off at the lot. And they got several others cars before mine evne though I was there first. Used to be good - has entirely deteriorated.
Pros: It's not the airport's own bad parking
Cons: Everything else - including lack of service, failure to have the cars waiting, and bad attitudes
They joyride your car

Amazing. I got my car back with a bunch of miles run up on it. What's going on with this place? Is the perk of working there that you take the customer's cars home with you and joyride?
Pros:
Cons: Caveat emptor. If you ignore all the comments here, then write down your mileage at drop off and have a manager person sign it to verify. Maybe that will keep them from driving it off the lot while you are gone.
Car Left in Rain W/Windows Open

I left my car @ McClellan lot August 16-20, 2007. Car was not readied although I called from baggage claim. Arrived at lot to find car in unprotected area in the rain w/the windows down. Inside of my car was wet. Upon starting car, AM radio station was blasting - someone had changed stations - how is this necessary if person is only parking the car? I suspect car was driven...
Pros: Transport was quick to pick me up at terminal.
Cons: I'm expecting my car to be parked. The car had obviously been driven more than simply to a parking space. Why else would there be a need to change radio stations...

My unpleasent experience with this service is I returned from vacation to find my car being pryed open with a HANGER! because the attendant locked my keys in the car. I ran over with my 1 year old in my arms and yelled at the attendant to STOP! I saw on the side of my car a tool box full of wire hangers. My husband & I demanded to speak to the manager. After waiting for about 25minutes he came out telling us to calm down not to worry blah blah. I took pictures of everything all the damage being on both the drivers and passengers side. Bent both doors at the top corner scratched up the inside and outside of each door ripped off the rubber on each door and a dent in the fender from a car door. They took the report. When I called Monday morning they deined my claim and said I had no proof! which I do! These people are shady crooks!! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR THE SAME WAY YOU LEFT IT!!!

When I picked up my car I was surpised that 24 miles were put on my car. Also, the passenger seat was pushed back giving the impression that 2 people rode my car. Also, the outside of the car was very dirty and my tires were covered by dry mud. I personaly know that when the car was originaly parked at the facilities, it was clean, because I took it to the car wash the day before. I also found food under the passenger seat that was not there before. If you make the bad decision to park here, make sure that you make them write your car mileage before you park and after you pick it up. I contacted the manager and he gave me weak answers and no justification at all. Up to now we haven't got any refund, apology or anything to rectify the situation. They don't seem to care. Be aware.
