1. How long do I have to wait for a shuttle to take me to the airport?
You will NOT have to wait for a shuttle for more than 15 minutes. Usually shuttles take you to the airport as soon as you are ready to go. 2. How do I get back to my car once I arrive at LAX? Call us at 310-670-9945 and our shuttle will pick you up outside your terminal under the RED SIGN that reads "Hotel and Courtesy Shuttle." 3. Are there any hidden fees? There is a 10% City Tax in addition to your daily rate. SUVs, Vans, and Trucks may be subject to a $1.00 to $2.00 per day surcharge. We only accept VISA, MasterCard, or Cash as payment. 4. How far is LAX Park from the airport? LAX Park is about 1 mile away from the airport. About a 5 minute drive. 5. What is VIP Curbside Parking? With VIP Curbside Valet Service, once you arrive at our parking facility, one of our friendly attendants will join you to go to your terminal in your own car. Once you return from your trip to pick up your car, we ask you to call us at 310-670-9945, one of our attendants will then drive your car to your terminal and you can leave from LAX. You will not need to take a shuttle and you will not need to return to the lot after your trip. This service is very highly prasied by business people, travelers with small children, and people with a lot of luggage. |
