Slow pickup
(November 6, 2009) I'm a regular traveller and these guys are slow. I used them for 12 months and their service has become worse. Will use someone else.

Dingy equipment ...horribly slow pick up at terminal
(October 22, 2009) Horrible experience. Took 32 minutes from terminal to get to my vehicle. Inconsiderate staff and dingy looking equipment. I will never use them again.

always excellent service!
(January 10, 2008) I have parked my car in this lot several times during business trips. The drivers are courteous, the lot is nice, and the shuttle service to the terminals is so much more convenient than the hassle of finding on site parking. I highly recommend Air Park IAH for extended lot parking!
Pros: Courteous drivers, good rates, well kept lot.
Cons: not as many shuttles as some of the other companies, so wait time at the terminals is more variable.
