Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood: Airport Park N Go

I recently parked at Airport Park N Go and I was offered such great service that I wish to share my experiences. My family, including my 86 year old mother recently went on a cruise out of Port Everglades. We paid for indoor parking and received indoor parking. As a bonus for parking over 14 days we even received a free car wash. When we arrived at the facility after our cruise are car was ready to go with the trunk open and waiting for us. The shuttle driver was very patient and friendly and the counter staff was accomondating. We will use their service and reccomond it to our friends in the future.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE. WHEN I GOR THERE TO LEAVE MY CAR THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT STILL ATTENDED TO ME QUICKLY. ONCE IT WAS MY TURN I WAS OUT OF THERE IN 5 MINUTES. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I WILL USE YOU GUYS AGAIN!

The place damaged my brand new car. Mr. Scott Kupserman the manager does not have the decency to return my call. The place is a dump. The property Managers (also never replied to my mail) - Kozin Commercial Properties. The owners are Machine Products Building.

we made reservations for parking to do 8 day cruise. upon return they delivered car to us which had FRESH paint damage on our NEW vehicle. we brought this damage to onsite managers attention. he agreeded damage just happen and told us no problem and gave us corporate claim to fill out and were told claim service would contact us in 3 to 4 wks. and fix damage. we were never contacted , we tried to reach parking lot manager by phone and via e mail with no response. we had south flordia better business bureau try to contact them twice with NO results. it's not worth hassle with insurance deductible cost to chase them around.

I would not recommend this service. We paid to park our car inside, we returned from our trip (by taxi because they didn't come pick us up as promised) and our car was outside. They tried to tell us they just moved it. It was obvious it had been out all week. Also, we looked around at other cars that had papers in the window saying they were to be inside. They were outside also.

Also called United Airport Parking/ Quality Car and Van Rental. Terrible service. A dozen customers waiting for pick up. Kept being told they would be there in a few minutes. we waited almost two hours. finally got a cab but were turned down by 3 cab drivers before we could get one because it was so close. Read other reviews on Cruisecritic about damage to car and thievery from car.
