Wonderful Experience, Will Use this Lot Again!
(February 8, 2012) I can't say enough good things about our experience with Airport Parking Express! I was a bit wary at first because their prices are so low, but we found that not only did they keep to the agreed-upon price, but our parking and transfer was very convenient and pleasant. The lot is small in size, so you don't have to walk through a huge lot. It was easy to find, right off of Cicero Ave. The staff was very courteous, and the shuttle was there waiting beside our car, where the driver loaded our luggage for us. He got us promptly to the airport. After our return flight, we called to let them know we had arrived back at Midway and they told us which door they would pick us up at. We only had to wait about 5 minutes -- easy! Again, the shuttle dropped us off at our car, then we paid our bill (which was the correct and very reasonable amount!) and we were on our way! They even gave us directions to get some Giordano's pizza on our way out of Chicago and back to our home. No problems with our car being secure or anything -- just as we left it. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely use this lot anytime we fly out of Midway!

(February 5, 2012) It was our first time using this lot and it was a great experience. The owner/driver was very nice. We were running very late for our arrival to the lot and I called ahead to let them know. We arrived with only 55 minutes until our flight and he was very prompt. We waiting about 5-10 minutes on the day of our return and had the same guy and he was just as nice. I would highly recommend this lot!

Better The Second Time Around
(February 1, 2012) The first time I used this lot it was a total disaster.The van wouldn't start and we almost missed my flight. Although I had to awaken the attendant, I arrived at the airport timely and was picked up promptly on my return flight.
