not valet-but a shuttle service
(February 8, 2012) this is not valet parking like anywhere else. you have to take a shuttle to and from airport like all the other off site parking lot services. i was told to call and they would get my car- i waited for my car but after an hour and my car was not to be seen, i was told , a shuttle comes for you. at rochester airport valet parking it is door to door service with your car at the actual airport- i figured buffalo airport would be even better, but was sadly disappointed. sorry. staff was courteous but did not explain "valet" clearly.

good value
(February 8, 2012) we parked at Airport Valet parking for a 5 day trip. After locating it, we parked and were on our way. The van was waiting when we arrived. they pulled our car up, loaded it and we were on our way home. the price was reasonable as compared to airport parking and other parking services.

(February 4, 2012) Each time we have left our car at at AVP we have been been extremely happy with the service. Shuttle is waiting, driver is courteous and friendly. My wife and I have recommended AVP to friends and relatives. Thank you once again,

nice price-extremily POOR driver attitude
(February 3, 2012) The price was right and had fast car to terminal service, but the driver was a huge sour puss and very defensive attitude. He was gruff and rude, slamming of my car doors and not at all empathetic with handicapped person's feelings. I WILL NOT use this parking lot again for long term parking. I'd rather use the more costly lots closer to air port than to deal with horrible customer service from driver. check-in process wasn't bad, but I was not informed of the extra services that they provide and I missed out on oil change. check out was fairly fast but I felt like "they have my money, so no away with you." And trunk of car was wide open and unattended when we arrived back from trip, for anyone to snatch out personal items left inside. A plus is though, the car was warmed up and ready for driving home. I'm very unsatisfied overall with service and terrible driver attitude. He is main reason I won't use this service again.
