Just Okay
(February 4, 2012) I chose this place upon a recommendation. The advantage was supposed be that my car would be ready to go when I picked it up. As it was winter when I traveled, this seemed like a good way to go. However, I waited too long for my shuttle. I checked from when I called to the shuttle arrival, it was close to thirty minutes. If I travel in the winter again I may use this place. Otherwise, I'll use other parking services that do a better job with shuttle service.

Super experience - will definitely use again
(February 2, 2012) No wait time when we arrived at the parking site - the shuttle took us right there (2 minutes from the airport). We called as we picked up our luggage on the return flight and they were there to pick us up in less than 5 minutes. Our car was all warmed up when we got back which was so great since we had two little ones w/ us - tired and grumpy at 9:30pm. Note: The address sent our GPS to a random alley on the side of the parking lot that doesn't go to the actual lot. Just turn onto Airport Road and it's just down the road on the left.

Excellent Service
(February 1, 2012) When I arrived, they took my reservation and the shuttle was waiting for me. When I returned, I called as I was getting my luggage and I walked out with a shuttle waiting for me. Car was running when I got back and all I had to do was pay the remainder that I owed.

(January 30, 2012) Very friendly people. The shuttle was waiting on drop off and I called when I arrived back to the airport and it was there in about 5 min. I will use them again!

Great Service and Value
(January 24, 2012) We returned to our car at the tailend of a major snowstorm. The car was warmed up and completely cleared of all snow. I also feel we got a great price for the week. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely use your service again and will recommend you to our family and friends!
