Pleasant service

(August 24, 2010) Upon our arrival to park things went very smoothly and we were quickly transported to the terminal. Our return flight was late and it was past midnight. We called for the car and could only get a recorded message that the van would be there soon. We were unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full. After 3 more tries, we got a real person and were able to give him our claim number and he soon arrived to take us to the car. He apologized for the delay, telling us that he was the only one working and because many flights had been delayed he had been very busy. Perhaps staffing levels need to be adjusted. He was very nice and we will probably use this company again.

Good experience

(June 24, 2010) Overall, very good.

I would use airport valet again

(May 10, 2010) We were very pleased with our experience with airport valet. When we arrived a gentleman came out took our information told us the routine and then we hopped on a shuttle and we were at the airport in minutes. When we arrived at the baggage claim, I called to let them know we were back. We got our bags, went out to the curb and within minutes the driver was there. Everyone was polite. We would definately use Airport Valet again.

(March 16, 2010) Took a little longer than expected for the shuttle to arrive after we made the call that we were at the airport. Was nice to have the car running and ready to go. The gentleman who helped with the bags was very nice and handled all of our luggage.
