3. How do I Check-In?
Pull into our lot, where a Parking Ticket/Stub/Claim Check will be issued to You (Customer). Our parking attendant will help unload and load your luggage onto our shuttles. Upon arriving to the terminal, our driver will help unload your luggage and of you go. "Enjoy your Trip"

4. How do I Check-Out?
After landing, please pick up your luggage and then call us to give the operator your Parking Ticket/Stub/Claim Check number. Proceed to exit Door 4 on the Lower Level (arrivals) and wait in the middle lane, for our shuttle. (These directions are also printed on the back of your Parking Ticket/Stub/Claim Check that you received upon your arrival).

5. Does my rervation pay for the entire cost of the trip?
No. Your reservation counts as a deposit against the total cost of your stay. You will be charged the remaining amount at the parking facility at time of checkout.

At keast my car was not damaged

(November 18, 2009) The only problem that I had with the parking company is that they took too long to pick me up from the airport and my car was not washed. I had left my housekeys attatched to my car key ring and they took them off and left them out in the open in my car and the car was unlocked. So perhapd I would use another company for my next flight.

Difficult to make reservation

(November 18, 2009) it took me longer to figure out how to make the reservation than it did to check-in and be shuttled to the airport. I am a repeat client and it should be much easier. I don't think it was Airways Parking's fault, moreso the umbrella Airport Parking website maze.

(November 17, 2009) Fast in fast out. Have used this lot previously and never a problem. We like to park our own car and keep the keys. No reason why, just a personal preference and they don't mind. Will use this lot again.
