Pull into our lot, where a Parking Ticket/Stub/Claim Check will be issued to You (Customer). Our parking attendant will help unload and load your luggage onto our shuttles. Upon arriving to the terminal, our driver will help unload your luggage and of you go. "Enjoy your Trip"

4. How do I Check-Out?
After landing, please pick up your luggage and then call us to give the operator your Parking Ticket/Stub/Claim Check number. Proceed to exit Door 4 on the Lower Level (arrivals) and wait in the middle lane, for our shuttle. (These directions are also printed on the back of your Parking Ticket/Stub/Claim Check that you received upon your arrival).

5. Does my rervation pay for the entire cost of the trip?
No. Your reservation counts as a deposit against the total cost of your stay. You will be charged the remaining amount at the parking facility at time of checkout.

Convenient, courteous, cost sparing

(November 3, 2009) I had read the recent reviews and concur that this service is Convenient, courteous, competent, and cost sparing. On return the van was there almost instantly and our car was waiting for us upon arrival moments later.

Easy and Convenient

(November 2, 2009) Easy drop off and pick up. Will use again when traveling to Chicago. Definitely beats paying $30 a day in downtown.
