My Stay 8/9-13

(August 16, 2010) Excellent, timely, and cheerful service. Very pleased. However, there was a possible discount available with a coupon in my Continental boarding pass...which was not offered at check-in. I was advised to save it until my next trip, but would have been happier to have used it this time!

Albany Park Ride and Fly

(August 4, 2010) Made our trip much easier. We were very pleased to not have to stop at the office when we arrived back at Park and Fly. It was very late and we were anxious to simply get home. We would use it again.

(July 2, 2010) Parking was moderately priced. Check in and check out was extremely easy with very curteous attentants. The valet and shuttle drivers were extremely helpful and polite. Much better than park youself at the airport. Wonderful treatment for very little money (including gratuities).

dropoff request

(June 5, 2010) Our dropoff request to have the car cleaned inside and out was not honored. However, allother service was good.
