| Very impressed! |
| (January 5, 2012) We normally use a different parking lot company, but it-along with most others-was completely booked by the time we got around to scheduling our vacation parking arrangements. Aladdin was the only lot we found that had vacancies, so we booked.
The process was very easy, as was access to the lot from the freeway (same exit as airport) and when we arrived we were very impressed with the facility. It was clean, and appeared to be safely patrolled. The gentleman who guided us to self parking graciously came by the car in a golf cart as soon as we parked and offered to drive our luggage up to meet us at the waiting area for the shuttle. He was super friendly, made us feel very comfortable, and saved us the trouble of dragging the luggage up to the shuttle area. Thank you Sir!
The shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes, and the driver was a very nice woman who helped load all the luggage quckly and efficiently while people got on board. The shuttle is very nice and clean (a bus rather than a van) and airconditioned! The drive to the airport from Aladdin is MUCH SHORTER than the other lot we usually use and when we arrived back from our vacation the shuttle driver picked us up within 10 minutes. We were the only ones on board, but rather than park and make us wait for other passengers, as one would normally expect, she instead picked us up and promptly brought us back to the parking structure. She was friendly and courteous during our commute back.
We were VERY impressed with the service and the cost was very reasonable. We will DEFINITELY be using Aladdin again and will gladly recommend it to our friends and family!

| (January 4, 2012) Had a good experience considering that my flight was re-routed to LAX and we were subsequntly bused to San Diego Airport so I didn't get there until 2:00 AM. I was concerned that Aladdin would not be open but after waiting for about 10 min. I phoned Aladdin and they sent a shuttle to pick me up that arrived within 10 min. |

| Aladdin Airport Parking is exceptional |
| (December 19, 2011) Aladdin Airport Parking never disappoint me. I always feel safe arriving their late or early dawn since it is well lit and always have people there if you need assistance. The facility have both indoor and outdoor. The price is reasonable which they also offer additional coupons. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. |
