| Always excellent service |
| (August 30, 2010) The features of a parking center for me when I travel (which is frequent) are convenience - Avistar rates high; service - Avistar has good service; frequent shuttles - the shuttles arrive frequently and the wait is not longer than 15 minutes; wait time is minimal to get my car - at Avistar it is always waiting for me when I return to their facility. I've just moved back to Chicago so I've tried a few lots for parking and I've found Avistar to be the best for all of the reasons I've listed. |

| (August 1, 2010) This is the first time that I've used Avistar and I was very happy with the service. The shuttle drivers were friendly, the people who greeted me when I drove in were accomodating and responsive, the shuttle arrived at the bus shuttle center shortly after I arrived. I would have given you 5 stars, but I'm used to parking closer to the airport. I've recently re-located from Los Angeles,and I could park within 5 minutes of LAX for $10.95 per day. I know regulations and other things are different, but I wish there was reasonably priced parking closer to the airport. However, I like Avistar better than any of the other places I've tried, so I'll probably use your parking everytime I have to travel.

| (July 27, 2010) Found upon arrival the staff was not very friendly. When we returned, it was a long wait for the shuttle and there were 12 in our party, so it was not the best experince. |
