The Parking Spot (formerly AviStar) parking offers a convenient and economical alternative to high priced on-airport garages and lots. Drive to The Parking Spot's secure near-airport parking center and pull into our covered check-in area. Our friendly valet attendants will check you in and assist with your luggage. You'll board a climate controlled shuttle coach that will take you to the terminal in minutes. No waiting and definitely no walking. When you return your car will be waiting in the covered "ready zone" free of ice and snow with the heat on in the winter (and a/c in the summer).

Directions:
From the West (New Jersey and Staten Island)
- New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 13 to Goethals Bridge / Staten Island Expressway.
- Stay on the Staten Island Expressway to Verrazano Bridge.
- From the Verrazano Narrows Bridge follow the signs to the Belt Parkway East.
- Stay on the Belt Parkway East following signs to Kennedy Airport to Exit 19 (Kennedy Airport / Lefferts Blvd.)
- At bottom of the exit ramp turn left onto Lefferts Blvd and then immediately right (200’) onto South Conduit Avenue.
- Stay on South Conduit Avenue approximately 3/4 mile and the The Parkng Spot entrance is on the right at the corner of South Conduit and 130th Street.
From the East (Long Island)
- Southern State Parkway to the Belt Parkway West.
- Stay on the Belt Parkway West to Exit 21A (Rockaway Boulevard).
- This exit will put you on North Conduit Avenue.
- Stay on North Conduit Avenue approximately 2 miles to 130th Street (Hess Gas Station on the corner) and make a left onto 130th Street.
- At 1st traffic light (1-block passing over the Belt Pkwy) make a left onto South Conduit Avenue and The Parking Spot entrance is immediately on the right.
From the North (Grand Central Pkwy, Connecticut and Whitestone Bridge)
- Take the Van Wyck Expressway South to the Belt Pkwy West / Verazanno Bridge exit. This will put you on North Conduit Avenue.
- Stay on North Conduit Avenue to 130th Street (Hess Gas Station on the corner) and make a left onto 130th Street.
- At 1st traffic light (1-block passing over the Belt Pkwy) make a left onto South Conduit Avenue and The Parking Spot entrance is immediately on the right.

| Almost perfect |
| (June 17, 2013) Finding the entrance would be difficult if you weren't familiar to the area. Luckily, I was. Dropping off my car and getting the ride to the airport was quick and the staff were friendly and professional. Great experience on the way out. The way back was a different matter. When I arrived back at the airport, because of several flight changes and problems, I wasn't sure which terminal I was waiting in. I called the Parking Spot and the women I spoke to was rude, curt, and very unprofessional. The van came pretty quickly, the man driving was very helpful. When I arrived back at the lot my car had been pulled to an area where I could just hop right in, after settling my bill with that rude employee at the desk. |

| Excellent service. Reliable, professional and very courteous. |
| (June 17, 2013) The personnel and service was excellent. . We have used in the past and will continue to use in the future. However, the one complaint I have is the the driving directions from NJ were flawed. They instruct that at exiting off the Van Wyck to drive to bottom of hill and turn left. This is incorrect. The exit SPLITS, so the directions should be "stay to the right at split toward "cxxxxx" and at the end of this Make a left". This small correction will save your customers much time and aggravation. |

| (June 11, 2013) Everything went as planned. The price was almost exactly as predicted, and both the drop off and pickup went smoothly. Just 5 minutes or so at drop off until we were underway on the bus to the terminal, and we waited less than 10 minutes for the pick up. Everyone was professional and courteous. I would use them again. |

| (June 11, 2013) The parking spot is convenient and efficient. Very very close to JFK AIRPORT. The parking spot is secured. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The staff wear uniforms and conduct themselves professionally.
The only thing that left a sour taste on our tongue was the checkout process. The clerk didn't ask about whether we paid a deposit, which obviously would have resulted in a lower bill. When I raised the issue, she made me feel like the deposit shouldn't really be applied against the bill. She acted as if she was doing me a favor applying the money I already paid to the overall bill. I didn't like the way she conducted herself.
I will likely use this service again. |
