Good and Fast

(August 30, 2010) I was picked up by the Shuttle Bus with a minute at arriving at the pick up point. The courteous driver also went around the "block" after I realized I had forgotten an important item in my car. The Shuttle bus was where I was told it would upon my return. I waited for approximately 3 minutes before the shuttle headed to my car, fast and courteous!! Thank You

FastTrack Lot

(August 27, 2010) I had a little trouble finding the FastTrack lot, and I ended up at a different lot. I asked the attendants there, and they pointed me in the right direction. If I had known you are right behind the Airport Marriot, perhaps I would not have gotten mixed up. The shuttles were timely and efficient, dropping me off right where I needed to be.

(August 26, 2010) the driver who took me back to the airport could not have dropped me off farther from my gate but the lady who drove the van on my return to the lot could not have been more helpful

OK! Need more clarity in promotion

(August 25, 2010) People were nice, pickup from lot to terminal could have been faster. Also, on the website is a coupon / promotion for the Autism Society. According to the attendant, you can't use the coupon when you make a reservation. I did not see that on either the coupon or the website, but I may have just had a senior moment. Van was clean and driver was helpful. I did send a message to the website, but have not heard back.

Experience at Fast Track

(August 16, 2010) I thought every thing was in good order. Being from out of town it took me a few minutes to find the right place. I located it and all was good. No Complaints. Car was in good shape.
