| Warning! Do not park at Best Value Airport Parking |
| (April 5, 2009) The Best Value Airport Inn & Airport Parking at 20620 International Blvd. in Seattle is the absolute worst business of any kind that I've ever done business with. It all began when I went to the Seatac Airport parking website and saw that Best Value offered $6.95 per day parking and even had good reviews. I signed up online which commits you to a day's charge plus another $5.00 fee. I thought this is too good to be true. I showed up at Best Value at 4:30 A.M. and had a 6:00 A.M. flight. There was a note on the door of the hotel/parking garage office saying, "Will return in 20 to 30 minutes". I would have left except that another customer was also waiting and had gone through this before and assured me that someone would show up. Sure enough, the hotel clerk/parking garage attendant showed up twenty minutes later, signed us up and crammed us into this raggedy minivan. I hopped in the front seat with the driver since there was no more room. I reached for the seat belt and started to pull it around me when the attendant informed me that the seat belt didn't work. So, off we go to the aiport without me being securely seat belted. The attendant tells me which island to go to and the number to call when I returned. Upon my return, I called Best Value to inform them that I needed a pick up. The attendant abruptly informed me, without any other explanation, to "take a taxi" and abruptly hung up the phone on me. So I took a taxi to Best Value, at a cost of $9.00. When I arrived,at 2 A.M., another customer had been waiting for a half hour while the parking garage attendant/hotel clerk ran back and forth, frantically shuffling cars around in order to get to the other customers vehicle. After about ten minutes, the attendant found the other customer's car and then asked to see my receipt. He also told me that he would reimburse me for the taxi, which he did. After viewing my receipt the attendant went into the back and rifled through a hugh pile of keys for about 15 minutes and then went outside and shuffled cars around for another 15 to 20 minutes to get to my car. The taxi driver told me that some of the parking garages don't like to pay the drivers, so they send them home. After the attendant found my car and pulled it around, he came inside, reached into the cash register, handed me my taxi fare and proceeded to write in a journal. I stood at the counter for another 4 or 5 minutes, not realizing we were done until I asked. He didn't say, "Thats it, we're done", "I'm sorry", "I apologize for any inconvience", "Kiss my butt" - Nothing! He continued to write in his journal without ever making eye contact. Then when I drive my car the next day and return home, I notice scratches on the side and rear of my vehicle that weren't there before I used Best Value. Apparently, I missed them at 3 A.M. So, remember the old saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". DO NOT PARK AT BEST VALUE AIRPORT INN & AIRPORT PARKING AT 20620 INTERNATIONAL BLVD! |

| Most unprofessional parking place at Sea Tac |
| (April 3, 2009) This place is a joke. We made reservations over the phone the day before we left for a family trip we had planned a couple of weeks ago. When we arrived, nobody was behind the counter and had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to show up. Then two fellows showed up at the same time, and told us that the lot was full, and they couldn't find my reservation. They only had names scribbled down on a desktop calendar, not a computer or a reservations notebook. The place is one of the furthest from the airport, and the service is terrible, on the phone and in person. We found a better deal and much friendlier, efficient people (who spoke English) down the street from this awful place. |

| We used Best Value for 12 |
| (November 21, 2008) We used Best Value for 12 days, the price was reasonable, the location was easy to find. We arrived and dropped off our car and the shuttle was right there to take us to the airport.
Upon our arrival we called for the shuttle and were told 20 minutes, after a half hour the van showed up but was full. We would have to wait -- after another 10 minutes it came back around after dropping off the passengers. The company only has one van which can cause some delays.
We arrived at the hotel/parking and the person behind the desk handed over the key and said it was in row 2 behind the hotel. yes it was, but it was wedged in and we couldn't even open the door. We had to walk back and get them to move the car. When we returned to the office the man behind the desk was screaming at the driver of the shuttle.
the other couple that we traveled with in the shuttle had a scratch on their door for which the attendant said it was there before.
Would not use them again. |

| Don't park here! |
| (April 24, 2008) We had a reservation last Christmas. When we arrived they switched the price they quoted us on the phone and wanted another two dollars a day, saying it was because it was Christmas. Not what they said on the phone! Wouldn't honor it! We went down the street and found a hotel which not only allowed us to park for free for the entire 2 weeks but also sent us to the airport on their shuttle. |
