Picked up truck and had more than $300 in damage they caused.
They haven't paid and won't return phone calls.

Amazing service
Very Cheap. Closer to the airport. Valet Service is excellent. They even offer you free car wash. Your car is ready when you arrive.

CBM parking indoor/covered
Excellent shuttle service. Lightning fast. Website posted self-parking when I booked online. Unfortunately it is in reality only valet parking when I arrived. Checked again today with website. In comparison to the Embassy easier to reach. Faster shuttle service BUT car supposed to be covered indoors but when I picked it up it was convered in mega big construction dust tree pollen . Windows all around covered including roof.They offered immediate car wash (hose off)IN comparison to embassy parking which was outside parking the car at the embassy was just a little bit dusty but not as dirty. Makes me wonder.
Pros: convenient .lightning fast shuttle service. car was immediately hosed off with water after discovering the mega dirt.Friendly personal.
Cons: booked self parking got only valet booked covered indoors - covered in dirt.

Check Out Your Car
We picked up our car last Sunday 2/4/07 and three days later discovered that there were three spots on the front bumper where the paint was chipped off considerably. The car is only two months old and know that there was no damage to the front bumper before the car was brought in. It was pouring when we picked the car up so we couldn't inspect the car before getting into it and driving off. Remember to check out your car before leaving it and before driving away.

Indoor/covered doesnt mean indoor/covered at CBM
Paid for an indoor/covered parking spot at this place, when I came back from my trip my car was covered with dirt and bust. Don't understand how it got that way since it was an indoor and covered parking spot? Yeah sure they offered to rinse the car off with water, but was afraid it the harden like cement.
Pros: The only thing this place has going for it is that it is really close to the Airport.
Cons: Bring your American English to Miami English dictionary for this place. You'll need it here, Miami hasn't been part of the USA for a long time now.

Damaged vehicle, no apology
While they'd been o.k. on another occassion, this time we had a long scratch and deep dent on the car upon pick-up. No apology or offer to do anything - they would not even look at it. Said they can do anything they want to the car, as the contract absolves them of all responsibility - they just don't care at all.
We paid for indoor/covered parking, but we watched them pull car from uncovered lot, and it was filthy.
Pros: Good drop-off and pick-up service.
Cons: They don't care at ALL if they damage your car, and will do nothing about it. IF they really use a covered lot, its a very, very dirty one ....
