Newark Liberty: Corporate Airport Parking

Wonderful lot to park in!! Kept my Infiniti FX35 there for a week in the indoor lot and not one problem occurred. Super fast service and shuttle time!!! Nice job with the car wash....great to return from the Caribbean with a clean car waiting!!! Thank you so much!!!

last year i flew weekly from newark having tried 3 other lots that i had problems with i finally found these guys and there is not a better customer service group in the area

I dealt with 2 other airport parking businesses before Corporate and after having used Corporate, I do not plan on changing. They are friendly, efficient, affordable, and fast. I was lost one morning and one of the employees stayed on the line and directed me until I came to familiar ground. If you want good service, this is the place to go!!

I have used Corporate Parking several times now and they have done a good job. There are options for indoor or outdoor parking. Close and convenient to the NJTP and airport. The lot is fenced, security seems good. Many shuttles going back and forth so we did not have a long wait. Also used their online discount coupons.

We've avoided flying out of Newark primarily due to parking problems in the past that have caused us to run late, even miss flights. Despite our flying out on Christmas day, returning just before midnight on New Year's Eve, we were treated well by every staff member we encountered. We were attended to immediately and had virtually no wait for the shuttle on either end of our trip. My car was ready and waiting -- and clean! -- upon our return. I'm sold. These gentlemen will see me again!

I parked my car last week. When I went to pick up my car, they could find my key. It took 10 mins to find the key, then I had to drove backward a long way to get out. At the mean time another guy had his Porsche SUV's windshield damage. The poor guy looked helpless. No body there really cared...

I have used Corporate Parking a handful of times and, until last week's experience, had been content with their service. Upon arriving back from vacation I mentioned to man behind the desk that I had forgotten to print out the discount coupon from their website. While I used the possessed the coupon in the past the attendants had simply given me the discount when I mentioned it. This time it appeared to be the owner behind the counter and he refused to provide the discount. While I was calm and polite through the discussion, I made it clear that this was not the way to foster an ongoing relationship over something so trivial as a coupon. When I mentioned that I would take this under consideration when I next needed parking service he indicated that he did not care.

They broke my windshield and promised to reimburse me. Same runaround any time I contact them. I don't think they'll ever reimburse me. Don't expect to keep your floormats clean either.
