great place to park

(November 18, 2009) very easy to get to, very easy to park, on time pickup to and from the airport. will definitely park there again.

This is the only place to park when using Ohare

(November 18, 2009) The online reservation system is flawless. (And a bargain!) The parking garage is secure and clean. The hotel staff is friendly and the shuttle bus drivers are courteous and helpful. This is the second time I have used this service provided by a fine hotel and I will park here whenever I travel in the future.

(November 12, 2009) Was great place to park and when we came in from the international terminal the bus was there to pick us up in 5 mins. So good experience.

A Mixed Experience

(November 11, 2009) We arrived for parking an hour late due to unanticipated traffic problems and our international flight was loading in 20 minutes. Crowne Plaza's van was stuck in traffic but, without prompting, they paid for a taxi to get us to the airport quickly. No questions asked. Upon our return, we called for pickup and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. Forty minutes later they arrived with a van already filled. Once back at the hotel, we waited 20 minutes for checkout. Clearly, the time delay on our return seemed excessive but it appeared to be due to a glut of returnees rather than anything Crowne Plaza could have avoided.
