Parking

(June 17, 2009) From begining to end this was a great experience. Great Job Dollar Renta Car. The line was quick to drop off my car. The wait to get the bus to the airport was less than 5 minutes. When I called to get picked up after I came back the wait was less than 10 minutes for the bus and my car was waiting for me when I got to the office. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I will definitely use Dollar again and let other family and friends know about my Great experience.

(June 16, 2009) I was pleased with the facility. Whenever I have to travel from La Guardia I will use the parking lot again. The parking was convenient for me.

Dissatisfied

(June 16, 2009) I was very dissatisfied with the service. The lines were too long and the Driver was not a all curteous to passengers with kids even. Then the driver droped us off in the arrival section instead of the Departure section. So had to walk all the way up with the bags and my kid to the upper level. That is not considered terminal drop off. The return was horrible as well. Had to wait for 35 mins for the shuttle to show up.

(June 13, 2009) DRIVER NEVER GREATED CLIENT.IN FACT DID NOT DISPLAY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL.DID NOT TAKE LUGGAGE. AT PICK UP THE DRIVER NEVER LEFT HIS SEAT. THE COUNTER STAFF WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY,BUT THERE WAS A TOTAL DISCONNECT BETWEEN THE TWO AREAS(COUNTER AND DRIVER) I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE USING YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.
