SHUTTLE INFORMATION: LaGuardia Airport shuttle service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shuttles are 2007 and 2008 – 14 passenger vans, with high capacity padded luggage racks. Allow 20 additional minutes for dropping off your car and transportation to your terminal. NO BUSING FEES, or BUSING FUEL SURCHARGES. We view this as our operating expense not your add-on charge.

trip to chicago

(November 18, 2009) Price was fine. Shuttle was fine. Getting car back was terrible. Completely disorganized. They returned cars to owners in no order whatsoever. People who paid for their car after me got their car back ahead of me. Avistar is much more organized.

Good price, convenient

(November 17, 2009) I parked at Dollar Rental Car because it was the least expensive alternative and had a free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus was great, location is very convenient, parking was fine. Employees are friendly and professional. My only complaints are: 1. It took 15 minutes to get my car. We waited outside with other people who were also waiting, and started to wonder whether there was anyone actually retrieving cars. 2. For some reason, when I picked up the car, something had happened to my radio and I had to re-enter a code. Apparently this only happens if the radio is disconnected or a fuse is blown. I eventually retrieved the code and got the radio up and running but question whether anyone from Dollar was tampering with the radio.

(November 15, 2009) The location of the Dollar Rent A Car Airport Parking was within 5 minutes from LGA. Their rates are much cheaper than Airport Long Term Parking. Strongly recommended.
