SHUTTLE INFORMATION: LaGuardia Airport shuttle service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shuttles are 2007 and 2008 – 14 passenger vans, with high capacity padded luggage racks. Allow 20 additional minutes for dropping off your car and transportation to your terminal.

Due to facility  construction we are no longer able to accept vehicles over 5500 lbs or larger than a minivan. We are sorry for any inconvience.

(February 8, 2012) We always call in our ticket number the minute we have gotten our luggage - as instructed on the ticket. We picked up the shuttle - which we waited 10 minutes for and then when we got over to the facility our car wasn't ready. The gentleman was nice enough to wash it (not dry it) because he said it was so dusty due to the construction; yet we waited almost 20 minutes for the car to be brought down to us. We always use your parking; the people at the counter are very nice and friendly - we'll keep using you.

It was OK
(February 3, 2012) When we checked in, the shuttle was already waiting. Check-in experience was pretty good. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a shuttle to come by. Other rental services with parking options came by at least twice within that time frame. When we called for pick-up, no one asked for our reservation number. So, we texted our reservation to the number listed in hopes it would be ready when we arrived. The bus driver also called in our reservation number. When we got back to Dollar, we were asked for our reservation number and told it would be 10-15 minutes for them to retrieve our car. We've used other airport parking near LGA and our car has always been ready when we arrive. We were disappointed to have a wait after trying multiple methods of notifying Dollar we were on our way.

Airport Parking
(January 30, 2012) Friendly courteous staff back and forth to LGA airport. Though my flight was delayed on return I had no wait time for my shuttle. Checking out without any problem my vehicle was delivered on time and the way I left it. Would use this facility again and would also recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work!!

Pick up service
(January 30, 2012) The staff at the desk is ALWAYS pleasant, cheerful and very helpful. Unfortunately, the driver that picked us up from LGA on our return flight home was grumpy, never offered to take our bags and drove a little crazy. I have to say, any other trip and the drivers have always offered to take our bags for us; been pleasant, and always offered to take the bags off the shuttle - so this driver was an exception to the rule. We aren't going to let his poor preformance influence returning! Nancy Peloquin
