(February 8, 2012) Very convenient system for parking a car for a long term stay. The shuttle to and from the airport was reasonably prompt and the driver courteous. All in all, MIA is not a fun airport to use, but the Embassy Suites method makes it a little less hectic. After all, flying these days is often a very unpleasant experience with flights usually filled and totally lacking in creature comforts.

(February 7, 2012) The service was great. The shuttle took me to the airport as soon as I arrived and I only waited about 10 minutes at the airport to be picked up. I would park there again.

(January 30, 2012) The people at the hotel were great but on my return we had to wait for shuttle too long. Also for some reason my car was totally filthy dirty on the exterior. It was like something had been sprinkled all over it!!!

Friendly and courteous drivers
(January 29, 2012) Our second time using the service; drivers are very helpful and prompt. En route back from airport, our shuttle was full, so the driver offered taxi-reimbursement to a guest who'd been passed by twice due to full shuttles. Diffused a potentially angry customer -- very impressive.
