Thanksgiving
(December 1, 2011) Excellent service; I was delivered on time without a hassle. The pick up was timely and respectful, I appreciated the bottle of cool water handed to me when I sat down after a long plane ride and the Arizona temp.-nice touch!!!!!

a long wait
(June 4, 2011) Getting to the airport after parking my car went smoothly. However I was made to wait almost half an hour for a van to pick me up when I returned from my trip. After a long day of traveling that was an unecessary irritation.
