I arrived with my disabled wife and not only did they help me with wife and luggage, they drove me to the check in doors right in front of the airport! What a great company. I couldn't have had better service!

Never had a problem
I've parked here at least a dozen times. Anywhere from a 3 day to trip to 2 weeks. Always curteous and friendly staff. Longest I've ever waiting for a shuttle is maybe 3 minutes.

I thought it would be a tough thing to cram all those cars in a small lot.They did a good job but I felt that somehow damage might occur in the shuffle . My service was ok. I would possibly use them again.

COMPANY PUTS FAKE REVIEWS ON WEBSITES!
I heard workers in their lot talking about how they themselves put fakes reviews on this and other webisites to make their scores look good to other customers!! They scratched up my car and owner was uncooperative!! Look how they park their cars! UNBELIEVABLE!!

CHEAP TURNS OUT EXPENSIVE!
Cheap, but cost me 2 thousand dollars to repair a dent and paint work on my car! Manager refused to pay and became hostile right off the bat!

ExtraCar Airport Parking is HORRIBLE!
Airport lots are nice, just don’t park at ExtraCar Airport Parking!!! They damaged my car and refused to pay!! They’ll not accept liability, but offer to have it repaired at a facility of THEIR choice, which is illegal in WA state. See extracarsucks.com for others who had similiar problems. Bad Outfit! DO NOT PARK AT EXTRA CAR AIRPORT PARKING!

STAY AWAY
waiting to be picked up at the airport almost an hour (!), freezing, late night with no traffic, and driver was black male, rude and seems to me drunk (can you believe it?)... STAY AWAY!!!

Came back to see my car scraped up! Reported right away before leaving the lot, and manager Michael refused to pay before even seeing the car or my evidenece! Taking them to court!
