| (March 24, 2008) I returned after a snowstorm only to find a cracked windshield and they claimed impunity. I was attracted by an incredible long term rate but I won't return. |

| Better Than Ever |
(August 20, 2007) I've been a customer of VIP (now Fasttrack Blue Lot) for over 10 years. Like any business, service levels have been on a roller coaster ride over the years, but at this point with the new management, I'd say they're better than ever. Freindly, fast, efficient...keep up the good work!
Pros: Car always ready when I return; friendly, professional staff; Clean facility; Free coffee.
Cons: Could be closer to airport |
