Driving Directions:

From I-91:
From I-91, take Exit 40 (Bradley International Airport) onto Route 20. Take the second exit off Route 20 (Route 75 Suffield Poquonock). At the end of the ramp, turn right and proceed to the first traffic light. Hartford Blue Lot Parking is on the left. For Valet Parking, proceed to the canopy for check-in. For Self Park, follow the signs for Self Park on your right.

From Farmington Valley:
Take Route 20 East. At the fork in the road, go right and proceed on Route 20 to the second exit after the fork. Take this exit (Route 75) and at end of the ramp, turn left and go to the second traffic light. Hartford Blue Lot Parking is on the left. For Self Park, follow the signs for Self Park on your right. For Valet Parking, proceed to the canopy for check-in.

good deal
(January 23, 2012) I was gone for 16 days and my total bill was only $76. If I had only been away a few days I probably would have used the valet lot, but LAZ economy was convenient and inexpensive.

had to argue to get reserved price
(January 13, 2012) When I went to check out, I was quoted a price significantly higher than the price I had been guaranteed with my reservation. When I pressed the issue, the attendant told me that the price quoted was only an estimate. This is ridiculous. I don't make a reservation based on an estimate of how much I might pay. The attendant said she "got this all the time." I produced my copy of the reservation, and she said she didn't know what to do with it. I said to read the language on the reservation. She did, and then asked me if I had an AAA card. I said no, and that I was planning to pay what the reservation said I should pay, and no more. She finally entered the amount on the reservation sheet. Other than this, the experience was fine. Excellent check-in service, the lot was clean and well lit, and the car was as I had left it.

Parking experience
(January 10, 2012) The amount we were charged was higher than the quoted price. We were told that this was due to taxes that went up in 2012. I would have expected this information to have been known when our reservation was made in late December 2011. The amount was not a significant sum - about $5; but it still was not necessary; either have the correct amount or honor the quoted price. thank you

great people
(January 7, 2012) Great people, good price. My only problem was I parked in the wrong lot. My fault I guess, had to pay an up charge from economy to whatever the next grade up of selfpark is. So I do believe the lots should be marked a bit better
