car detailing

(July 12, 2010) Our attendants were very good at picking us up and dropping us off and being curtious. Whoever we paid a lot extra to have the car cleaned & detailed. The exterior was very good but the inside was poorly done for the amount of money we paid. The dash area was still dusty, the front cupholder area was not completed and the back was not completly vacumed. I will use this flight park again but I will not pay extra for these services. We used an online reservation system but our bill did not show the correct amount. We were initially overcharged and waited for the desk clerk to figure it out and refund us the difference.

Good experience

(June 24, 2010) The crew to take us to the airport was very anxious to get us there on time. So much so that we were not told we needed to show them our internet reservation to guarantee the rate. Caused a little hiccup on our return but the cashier was great and got it straightened out. Also a little confusion on where they pick up when we returned. In all a good experience.

Great Service

(June 3, 2010) I loved the service given at Flight Park. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The shuttle was a few seconds away from the airport. They are very organized and I was extremely pleased with everything!
