2. How far from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is Fox Auto Parks located and when should I arrive at the facility?
Fox Auto Parks is located about 1 1/2 miles from LAX which is only a 5-10 minutes shuttle ride. Most airlines suggest you to arrive at the airport 2 hours before your schedule departure time  for domestic flights and 3 hours before your schedule departure time for international flights. If you are in doubt, check with your airline. 

3. How often do Fox Auto Parks shuttle vans run to/from the airport?
Fox Auto Parks shuttles run every 5-10 minutes all depending on traffic. When you arrive back into (LAX) you could call to request a pick-up (310)342-6445 or text to (310)266-4255 simply wait under the PURPLE SIGN  that reads RENTAL CAR PICK-UP ONLY you will find the sign only in arrivals.

4. How long do I have to wait for  a pick-up at the airport by a Fox Auto Parks shuttle van?
We dispatch a shuttle van to your terminal as soon as we receive your call so Fox Auto Parks time is typically 5-10 minutes.

5. What are Fox Auto Parks hours of operation?
The Fox Auto Parks facility and shuttle service is open and available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to serve our clients.

6. How safe is Fox Auto Parks?
We have staff on duty 24 hours a day with video surveillance cameras and a security gate.

7. What if I have a dead battery, flat tire or If I lock my car keys in my car upon my return?
Fox Auto Parks provides free charge battery jump-starts and pressurized air to fill your tire. If you lock your keys in your car AAA is just around the street from us and can quickly offer assistance.

8. What if I believe I left something on your shutlle van?

9. Can I park Vans, Trucks, SUV's and oversized vehicles at Fox Auto Parks?
Yes, we accomodate vehicles that are oversized in our surface parking area. There is a additional $1.00 charge for all regular Trucks, SUV's and Minivans. For oversize SUV's, Trucks and Vans please add $2.00 to daily rates.

Fox LAX auto park was a great choice!
(January 31, 2012) First, I really appreciate those of you who wrote your review about FOX auto park. It was why I decided to try them and I wasn't disappointed. The service was great and you can't beat the price for parking only miles from the airport. I accidentally left my IPAD in my car and it was there when I got my car. Victor Valencia, Manager, assured me that it would be there. That alone is the reason why I will use Fox LAX auto park again!

Short term Parking
(January 30, 2012) The process was quite smooth. There was some delay in getting back to the parking from the airport. The shuttle apparently stops by default at Terminal 2 only. So even if you are standing at the designated Rental cars (Fox/Payless) spot in any of the other terminals, there are chances that the bus guy may not pick you up.
