SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Safe and Secure. Arrive just 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. Upon entering you will be directed to a parking space and a shuttle bus will pick you up at your car and immediately take you to your terminal. When you return, call the phone number on your claim check ticket for immediate pick up to be returned to your car. Directions and other information will be on your receipt.

Fox Auto Parks is located about 1 1/2 miles from LAX which is only a 5-10 minutes shuttle ride. Most airlines suggest you to arrive at the airport 2 hours before your schedule departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours before your schedule departure time for international flights. If you are in doubt, check with your airline. 3. How often do Fox Auto Parks shuttle vans run to/from the airport? Fox Auto Parks shuttles run every 5-10 minutes all depending on traffic. When you arrive back into (LAX) you could call to request a pick-up (310)342-6445 or simply wait under the PURPLE SIGN that reads RENTAL CAR PICK-UP ONLY you will find the sign only in arrivals. 4. How long do I have to wait for a pick-up at the airport by a Fox Auto Parks shuttle van? We dispatch a shuttle van to your terminal as soon as we receive your call so Fox Auto Parks time is typically 5-10 minutes. 5. What are Fox Auto Parks hours of operation? The Fox Auto Parks facility and shuttle service is open and available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to serve our clients. 6. How safe is Fox Auto Parks? We have staff on duty 24 hours a day with video surveillance cameras and a security gate. 7. What if I have a dead battery, flat tire or If I lock my car keys in my car upon my return? Fox Auto Parks provides free charge battery jump-starts and pressurized air to fill your tire. If you lock your keys in your car AAA is just around the street from us and can quickly offer assistance. 8. What if I believe I left something on your shutlle van? Fox Auto Parks logs all lost & found articles and keeps these items under lock and key.
