This place is the worst. Anyone choosing to use the services of the business should have their head examined. They are the definitive of poor customer service. Here's my story. At about 2 am on July 15, I exited LAX and waited for the Fox shuttle. These shuttles typically pick you up on the island designated for such traffic. I stood under a sign for parking shuttles and the like. The Fox shuttle came by and I waved it down and even whistled to get their attention. The driver looked at me and kept going. It was late, I was tired and got desperate looking for a cab, a ride, anything. Some time later, the shuttle started around again. This time I stood in the lane of traffic and held out my hand stopping the vehicle in the middle of the street. The driver still wouldn't open the door. I producer my ticket and yelled that I have my car at their lot. They opened the door. Having to go through that at the end of a tiring day traveling from Panama, was too much. In my younger days I drove an airport shuttle and could spot a customer a mile away. I made friends and even embarked on an insurance career in part due to that little job. The poor customer service shown by the driver of the shuttle is so deplorable that I don't feel they could be reasoned with logic. She said I needed to be standing under the purple sign. What purple sign? A week and a half earlier, when I arrived to FOX, a customer was complaining and wishing to talk to the manager. I don't know the issue. At that moment an entire family left after waiting too long to be served. Should have known there be trouble. Then, when picking up the car after that debacle at the airport, another customer was complaining of a ding on their car. Must have been big because it was night. They left. I'm usually a positive reviewer but this place is the pits. I cannot recommend it and fault those using it. I'll pay more if I have to for better customer service.
Pros: The gentlemen in the booth did their best despite being understaffed and confronted by disgruntled customers. You have to give them credit for not walking out.
Cons: The female shuttle driver took customer service to a new low. Numerous customer complaints. Understaffed. My radio dial was changed to some funky station. I recommend another parking or rental agency. Raise your sights, you deserve it.

They were fair at best. Someone stole an old cell phone out of my car. They were unreachable when I arrived. They didn't have the car ready and they were understaffed On the whole, you can do a lot better.
