A nice surprise.
(January 6, 2009) This was my first time to use the Hilton airport parking so I didn't know what to expect. What a wonderful surprise! It was fast, efficient, courteous, very fairly priced. Everyone was so friendly. I will be using the service everytime from now on. I really do not see how one could do it any better. Thanks!


Good Value
(January 4, 2009) The Hilton Valet was very convenient. Nothing beats just dropping your keys off instead of looking for a space. But they are very very slow in terms of getting your car back.


Great Service
(January 4, 2009) The drop-off and pick-up was easy to do. Used Internet to get discount, which was honored without question. Inter-terminal shuttles were frequent and courteous. Big improvement on parking lots which were a lot further away from Airport.


Convenient and easy
(January 3, 2009) The entire parking experience was seamless. My one suggestion would be to add a little more detail about where to pick up the shuttle on the reservation page that we print out and take with us.

(January 3, 2009) The parking is secure and convenient at very competitive rates. The only complaint (it would have gotten 5 stars) was the long wait (20+ minutes) for a shuttle bus at the airport.
