DESCRIPTION:

• Upon arriving, you will be greeted by an attendant who will direct you to a pre-assigned parking spot.

• You will be greeted by our Shuttle Driver and an attendant who will assist you with your luggage

• You will be shuttled to the new terminal - approximately a five minute ride.

• You may opt for "Valet Start Up." During the cool of the winter or heat of the summer, we will start your car so it is warming up or cooling down while awaiting your return. Upon your return, you will be shuttled directly to your car.

From I-465 North/Fastest and most direct route: Take I-465 South to Exit 12/West Washington Street. Exit west and proceed to Ronald Reagan Parkway (approximately six lights). Turn left onto Ronald Reagan Parkway. Proceed south on Ronald Reagan Parkway approximately 1.3 miles. You will see our sign on the left (@ Greenparke Business Park). Turn left onto Metropolis Parkway.

Secondary Route/ALL HIGHWAYS: Take I-70 West to Exit 68 (Ronald Reagan Parkway North). Exit onto Ronald Reagan Parkway North. Proceed North on Ronald Reagan Parkway (through the Stafford Road intersection) approximately 1/2 mile. You will see our sign on the right @ Greenparke Business Park. Turn right onto Metropolis Parkway.

From West Washington Street (East or West): Take Washington Street to Ronald Reagan Parkway. Going south on Ronald Reagan Parkway we are approximately 1.3 miles on the left. You will see our sign on the left (@ Greenparke Business Park). Turn left onto Metropolis Parkway.

From I-70 East or West: Take Exit 68/Ronald Reagan Parkway North. Proceed north on Ronald Reagan Parkway (through the Stafford Road intersection) approximately 1/2 miles. You will see our sign on the right @ Greenparke Business Park. Turn right

Service and location you want in off site parking.

(March 18, 2010) No surprises. They follow you to a spot, load your bags, and quickly take you to the airport. Pick up procedure was also easy - call when you arrive, and they pick you up right outside baggage claim. I never had to wait.

(March 6, 2010) Great experience utilizing Indy Park Ride & Fly. Easy to find, shuttle picks you up and returns you right at your vehicle, drivers are very courteous and helpful, and best pricing for long term parking. This would be my first choice when I fly again!

only one complaint

(March 1, 2010) Overall my use of the Indy Park Rice and Fly service has been excellent. My only complaint: last time I used this service, the person checking me in forgot to give me the green claim ticket. When I returned from the trip and was asked for the claim ticket the driver made me feel like an idiot, accussing me of parking in another lot and not using your service. He continued to question me the entire ride to the lot, and would not beleive me until we actually arrived at my vehicle.
