Parking at King Airport

Its convenience to the Airport is great, and the transportation back and forth was made so easy by staff. King Airport Parking is awesome!

(November 12, 2009) We priced them out online at $2.99 per day. Unbelievable! Also, they have OUTSTANDING customer service. My car's battery died while they tried to park it. They let me know, recommended I have alternate arrangements to get home, and jump started and ran my car for a little while before I arrived to pick it up. How much more could I have asked for. They also do oil changes and will wash your car while you're gone. We will always use King Parking and are recommending to all of our friends. Thanks for the great service and courtesy!

Bad Experience

(November 10, 2009) By design I made 'reservations' with King Airport Parking to secure the best price available. Upon returning to JAX from my trip and attempting to pay my balance with the gal in the office. She quoted me two times plus what I owed and had no record in her computer of my reservation. Fortunately I brought a copy of reservation to prove the agreed amount. She seemed reluctant, spent 10 minutes fiddling on her computer. Finally, I asked for a supervisor, who within minutes corrected the situation.
