Great
We have used Central Air Park several times and have always had prompt and courteous service. In fact twice the bus was waiting outside of the terminal. I think if you make reservations they should be waiting for you!

Failed at basic logistics
Had to go to the main office to get a driver. Front desk clerk had to drive the many people in the lot to the AP. All the drivers were at the AP, none at the lot. On return waited 25 minutes for a driver. All drivers were at the lot, none at the AP. Cashier couldn't apply coupon since she ran the credit card before I could reach over to give her the coupon. The excuse from her and the manager...they can't void and re-do transactions because their system is new and doesn’t allow it. I’m a system person and it is a poor excuse.
Pros: Low price, you get what you pay for.
Cons: Poor logistics, late drivers, poor excuses for poor service. Too bad I can't give them 0 stars.

TRY HARDER
LET'S NUMBER THE SPACES, OR AT LEAST NAME OR NUMBER THE SECTIONS, SO WE CAN FIND OUR CAR. PICK-UP NEVER CAME. WE WALKED TO THE EXIT. DROP OFF WAS TOO FAR FROM THE CAR. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR SOMEONE WHO WALKS WITH A CANE.

Terrible Service!!
No one ever came to the car to pick us up so we had to walk to the gate for a driver. On return trip, we waited over 25 minutes for a driver and had to call back. Acted like we had never called! Would never use again.
