| Highly Disappointed |
| (November 9, 2009) I have used Central Air Park about 6 times previously and never had any problems, but returning back on a Sunday night at the last Airport terminal turned out to be a disaster. I called as soon as I got my luggage and within 10 minutes a shuttle was passing by totally filled. It drove by as did the 2nd, 3rd and 4th. After 30 minutes, I called and the operator said another shuttle was on the way. After the 5th & 6th shuttle passed by, I called again and asked if they could make sure to leave room for 4 of us. The operator proceeded to hang up on me. We flagged down the 7th and 8th shuttles and made them stop. They said the next one would get us. After waiting more than an hour, we finally forced ourselves on the 9th shuttle, leaving at least 4 other very unhappy passengers saying they would never use Central again. Every other parking lot servicing the airport had vans passing by regularly and were able to get their passengers. Central simply did not have enough vans to carry their passengers and an extremely rude operator. The next day I spoke to the manager. He was very nice. He said they would be getting bigger shuttles very soon. Maybe there is hope yet... |

| Pathetic. awful, poorest performance |
| (November 3, 2009) Initially, first phone call was not answered at 9:35 P.M.
Second call was not answered either.Third call said would be picked up in a couple of minutes.
Fourth call line busy, Fifth and sixth call not answered.
Still a few more calls made before Van finally arrived.
When finally answered, again said a few minutes.
When finally arrived Van was full, just space for two, lucky us!! But not lucky for the other two waiting.
The whole time waiting, 45 minutes, did not see one Central Park Van go by, full or otherwise!!
This will be the last time we will use your service, no matter what the price is.
If you had a problem with help, you should have alternative plans to satisfy your customers -- cabs, other company vans, but especially the truth will always be appreciated.
For the price of a Taxi ride, you have lost customers for many years in the future!! A penney saved is DOLLARS lost!!! |
