They hide costs in their price. I had a valid coupon which they said was no longer good. When I asked why, the manager mumbled something and walked away. I was quoted one price and then charged another when I got back to get my car. They could not find my car at first. This was of course, after waiting at the airport for 35 minutes to be picked up. Horrible service!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Pros: None Cons: Plan in waiting when you get back into LAX. You have to call them and then they come to get you.... eventually.

First of all, there's no signage that points to this place and it's tricky to find. Then, it took 35 min to arrive at my terminal from when I dropped off my car, making me miss the bag check in window. The shuttles only leave every 15 minutes, and they made us wait even though there were enough people standing outside to fill the shuttle which was waiting there. They drop off in order of terminals, and there were people going to 6 different airlines on my shuttle. Then upon my return, I noticed several scratches on my car that weren't there before. I thought I'd save a few bucks, but it will end up costing me more because I had to bribe the curbside guy to check my bag, and I have to have the scratches touched up on my car. Never again, I wish I'd read the reviews before I chose this place from the web ad. Pros: You can get a reserved space Cons: Pretty much everything else, see the review.

Just used this place while vacationing in Hawaii. Total dissatisfaction in every way. They boast great customer service in their ad and nothing could be further than the truth. Our flight wa delayed six hours so we wanted to take their shuttle back to our car so as not to be stranded at Lax and guess what? An extra twenty bucks, even though they have shuttles going to and from Lax all day. Also their dispatcher has no phone skills and is very rude in demeaner. plus we had to wait over half an hour after calling them. Upon picking up our car guess what? Twenty more dollars for city tax (fine print) and twenty more for a mini-van because they think a mini-van is an oversized vehicle. Plus when I paid them the extra twenty for the ride back to our car due to the delay I made the mistake of paying cash which I didn't get a receipt for so at the end they charged me another twenty to my credit card for that same ride. My mistake, I had no proof but any reputable business would have believed that I had already paid. For all you potential customers, use someone else. These guys are rip-offs and rude plus their shuttles are the oldest and most beat up ones you see at the airport. All in all, they suck. Pros: Drivers okay Cons: Dispatcher is dishonest, rude and needs to have his attitude adjusted. Shuttles are old and beat-up and make you wait a long time.
