SHUTTLE INFORMATION: Every 20 minutes between 5:05a.m. and 8:45p.m. Shuttle is on call between 9:05p.m. and 4:45a.m. For international passengers contact hotel for pickup from airport.
DESCRIPTION: Park, board our shuttle, ride directly to Airport Curbside. Marriott Shuttles operates 24 hours per day. Please allow an additional 30 minutes to park your vehicle and for the short shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal. When arriving at the Marriott Suites Hotel, please take a parking ticket, drop your luggage off under the shelter of our front door canopy and then proceed to any convenient parking space. We offer a "Self-Park" parking experience commonly know as Park & Lock. You keep your car keys. Shuttle Bus is every 20 minutes between 5:05 am and 8:45 pm. Shuttle service is on call between 9:05 pm and 4:45 am.  When you return from your trip, proceed to the bus shuttle center from baggage claim.  Look for signage in baggage claim directing to the area.  The shuttle picks up from door #2 every twenty minutes.  For international passengers contact the hotel for pickup from the airport.

Shuttle took long time
(January 26, 2012) Waited a long time for shuttle upon my return. I probably had just missed it when I got to the p/u location. But being able to drop off my car, hop on the shuttle and get to the airport is great.

Wait time at O'Hare was unacceptible
(January 24, 2012) Upon returning from an international flight, I phoned the Marriott where I was told to proceed to door 5E. We did so and waited for nearly 45 min! I called 3 times and was told the driver couldn't find us. Not sure that could have been possible since we were there waiting and waiting..... The other disappointment was when I politely relayed this info to the front desk attendant, there was no concession made to the price or even an explanation. Just a poor experience overall.

Easy and inexpensive parking option
(January 20, 2012) I've parked in this lot several times when flying out of O'hare and it's been consistently a good experience. The shuttles run regularly and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes (usually more like 5), and the staff and drivers are usually very friendly and helpful. The last time I parked here, when I returned to pick up my car, it was covered in snow from a storm that hit while I was away. I had forgotten to bring a brush for cleaning, but it wasn't a problem because the front desk had one they let me borrow. I would recommend this option for someone wanting to save some money over parking at the airport itself.

(January 10, 2012) I have used this location several times and it has been very convenient. I just wish the shuttles TO the airport were every 10 minutes versus 20.

Excellent Experience
(January 6, 2012) Your staff was courteous and efficient. Shuttle service was excellent; when we arrived at the Marriott to park car on Dec 27th, the shuttle driver was ready to leave for airport but waited an extra 3 minutes for us to park our car. When we returned on Jan 3rd, the shuttle service was already at door #2 so we didn't have wait at all!! We will use your service again, very satisfied.
