    billing problem
    (February 4, 2012) The service was excellent. However the cashier claimed that the estimate was "wrong" and was $20.00 to low and could not explain the error. As we were tired I choose not to argue to point, However I sugest you correct your on-line calculations.

    (February 4, 2012) The service was all you could want. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our driver helped with our luggage and our car was waiting inside the parking garage when we returned. All this at a very reasonable price!

    Exceptional Service!
    (February 1, 2012) I have used all of the remote lots at Midway and although Midway EZ Park is not the closest--they were the most efficient! I pulled in, got right in the shuttle, and was at the airport in 5 minutes. Additionally, both times I have used them, the shuttle was either waiting at the airport on my way back or took minutes to come once I called. I will no longer use any other lot and I fly often! I am looking forward to my next stay with EZ this upcoming weekend. Thanks
