Q: How long will it take to get to the SeaTac airport from your lot?
A: The drive time from the hotel to the airport is approximately 8-10 minutes.

Q: How early should we arrive at your parking lot?
A: You should arrive at our lot about 20-25 minutes from the time you would like to be at the airport terminal. You may want to give yourself some extra time to account for traffic, weather, and unexpected delays etc.

Q: What are the hours of the airport shuttles and how often do they run?
A: The complimentary hotel shuttle hours are from 4:15am to 12:00am seven days a week. Hotel shuttles run approximately every 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport and back.

Q: When do I pay?
A: You will pay when you drop-off your vehicle.

Q: What are the accepted methods of payment?
A: We currently accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.

Q: How do you calculate parking charges?
A: All rates are calculated per 24 HOUR period. 1 month is equivalent to 30 days for rate calculation.

Q: Is there a minimum number of days that I have to park?
A: Our minimum charge is the cost of parking for 2 days. A $2.00 per hour parking rate applies after a 24 period.

Q: Will I be charged if I return a few hours after midnight the day after I was scheduled to return?
A: See above.

Q: What if I return before the scheduled date?
A: On early pickups, customers will be given a free parking voucher for the unused days to use on future trips

Q: What are your hours of operation? Do you close on any holidays?
A: We are open 24/7. We never close; we are open 365 days a year.

Q: How do you know to pick me up at the airport?
A: Once you arrive at the airport and are ready to be picked up please call us from a courtesy phone by dialing *31 or you may call the hotel from your cell phone: 206-241-2000. Please be on island 1 or 3 on level 3 of the airport parking garage at the Courtesy Vehicle pickup area.

Q: Should I leave my valuables in my car?
A: We suggest that you don't but if you chose to,Minute Park and Go- Seattle Marriott are not responsible for theft or damage to a vehicle or its contents, unless it occurs through the sole negligence of our staff.

Q: Where will my car be parked and what are your facilities security features?
A: Our parking operation is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is lighted and fenced.

Q: I have a lot of luggage, should I check it in first and then park my car?
A: Some customers choose to drop their luggage off at the airport before parking their car or the Shuttle drivers can assist you with your luggage at the hotel.

Q: What if my vehicle is over sized?
A: Minute Park and Go- Seattle Marriott reserves the right to decline or charge a surcharge on certain over sized or modified vehicles.

Gate at the Marriott did not open when I was in rush

Good experience but car was dirty
(May 29, 2015) Car was dirty when I picked up, with bird poop on the windows. Not that this is a real problem - in terms of valet service and shuttle pickup times this place is simply the best. Very good price too. Will continue to go here. But please try and keep cars little cleaner :)

Overall Good
(May 11, 2015) Had to wait to retrieve the car as our flight was rerouted and we ended up arriving 15 hours later. You have to wait until they finish taking care of all the hotel guests before you get waited on, but the price was so much cheaper than other lots it was worth the wait. Just make sure you allow extra time to wait until they're done with the hotel guests. They had ONE attendant working the lot on the day after Christmas. It was crazy busy. They should have had more than one person working the lot.
