| Good experience both ways. |
| (June 17, 2013) Staff was friendly, including the van drivers. Wait time for vans was short and the routine of using Park2Go is easy. My return flight was a late one, and the staff was courteous and prompt even though it was 11pm. Lot was secure and my car was returned like I left it. I will use them again. |

| (May 10, 2013) On my trip from Newark to LA everything was going smooth until the shuttle arrived to bring us to the airport, the driver was extremely nasty to the point where we did not even give him a tip. We had to wait a few minutes which was no big deal but there were many people waiting to get on the van and my husband tried to help with the luggage and basically got yelled at and was told he does not need help he has been doing thing for a long time and knows how to pack a van and he told him to get out of the way.
When we arrived back to newark from LA I called like I was told to and was waiting and waiting so I finally called to find out that we were not supposed to wait for the van outside of baggage claim we were to be up one level. When we dragged all our luggage back in and up the esclator the van was waiting and the driver was excellent, he said it happens all the time which is fine with me if I was told ahead of time to do that. It is unfortunate that it happens all the time if individuals were told in advance than there would never be a mix up where they were to waiting for a pick up, otherwise driver was outstanding and we had no other problems as far as the shuttle goes.
When arriving back to the lot I paid for covered parking and my car was brought to me filthy I said to the guy what the heck happened to my car I paid for covered parking and his reply was well we are doing repairs on the roof and we had to keep moving the cars so that is why it is so dirty. If I was told ahead of time that there was construction going on I would have never have had my car parked there; you could not even see out the windows - after returing from a week long trip I had to get up in the morning and get my car washed instead of unpacking so I could go to work on Monday.

| (May 10, 2013) This was the first time I have used Park2Go and I would definitely use them again. The lot was easy to find and very close to the airport. All the staff was courteous and helpful, check in/out was quick, and the shuttle was either waiting for me or there in less than 5 minutes. |
