Great Service, They have new location and new staff.Wonderful.

I parked from December 24 to December 31. I made reservation online and they were nice enough to give me a coupon. When I arrived at the parking lot the wonderful employees right away opened my door and my wife's door. While another employee got out my bags and put them in the van. All I had to do was sign my name at front desk and get into the van. When I got back my car was right at the gate. I just got into the car while a employee got my bags. When I got in the car it was alredy warm and they left me a candy cane. I was very satisfied with their work. I will always come back to Park 2 Go.

We parked over New Year and it was wonderful.

This company is doing a great job taking care of their customers. They got my bags out of my trunk and quikly put them in the van. And before I knew it I was alredy on my way to the airport. When I returned my car was in perfect condition and it wasn't even dirty. I was so happy with their services that I went and told all of my friends and family. I will always come to Park 2 Go.

I parked my car for two days from friday Morning to Sunday evening and guess what?.When i came back from Atlanta Georgia, after getting my luggage, i called these guys and it didnt take them 3 minutes to pick me up and get my car which i found to be in the sate at which i left it.Good job guys.

I just came back from vacation with my three kids loads of luggage. The service was unbelieveable. They quickly moved my luggage from the van to my car. I was able to quickly leave and get home. Again the service was amazing.

Park 2 go made my parking experience a delite, THE SERVICE was exceptional I WILL be seeing you guys again.

i came back from pittsburgh and my car was damagaed on the backside. they say they have vip service and free or discunt rates after 10 days but ive used them a lot and never got a discount outside of the posted rates. they are cheap ill admit but you get what you pay for.

Please don't park your car here!!! It is like a junkyard, lots of trucks park there too. The person there, especially the woman is very unfriendly. The other road to the second parking lot is very bad, so their valet park over there may damage your car.

I found Park 2 Go to be a dishonorable establishment. I made an online reservation through airportparkingreservations.com and the clerk would not honor the set price. Terrible, frustrating experience.

i have parked here two times.never again.one and one half hrs to pick me up.plus the stole two itams from my car.

I parked there over Christmas 2006 for a week. When I got back, the car was filthy inside and an employee had put on 80 miles onto my car. Park2Go said they would just refund my car's stay, didn't believe anyone drove it. Well, try to explain the hispanic religious candle sitting in the back seat and the smokey smell on the inside, not to mention at least three people were in my car. I'm so pissed off, Beware everyone out there.

I parked my car there for one week. When I came back, I found my car was smashed. They told me a truck backed up into my car but they couldn't record the truck's plate number. And then they said they were repsonsible and would like to pay for my damage. It turned out they were lying. They refused to give me their insurance company name and policy number. And they did not answer my phone call too. I ended up with having my insurance company repair my car and I have to pay for deductile, etc. They are a bunch of a liar operating this parking lot. Don't park there.

Our shuttle drivers and attendant were very nice, but upon picking up my car a noticed damage to the exterior of my car, and things amiss inside. I forgot to record my mileage, so I don't know if it was driven, but certainly somebody at least was hanging out in it. The attendant told me that the owner would cover the damage. Despite waiting for him to call me, a couple of e-mails and phone calls, the only thing I've received is a rude response. DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION!

This is probably the worst parking lot ever - most impolite attendant (maybe even racist), waiting time is indefinite (and they say it's only 2 miles from the airport, common!), the place is like a junkyard, etc.

We have parked there several times and had mixed experiences on the friendliness of their staff. However, we continued to go there because it was cheap - especially when staying over 10 days, you get the 11th free. The last time their credit card machine wasn't working and my husband got impatient waiting for them to call to get it fixed and asked for a cash discount. When they refused, he had some words about wasting his time etc. They then tried to not give us our car back - but they had already given us our keys so he said don't give them the discount and wanted to charge us even more. After some more words, he threatened to call the police. I managed to come up with the cash after raiding my daughters wallet and managed to leave intact paying the original charge. But because of that experience my husband will not go back there.

I parked my car there between June 22 and July 31. My cell phone was stolen and $5.00 in toll change. I mean how low can you get when you have to resort to stealing change.

I went there expecting a standard airport parking lot. Instead it looked like a junkyard, with cars parked haphazardly all over the place, blocking each other in. There was a trailer (yes, a trailer) in front. When I drove up noone came out of the trailer, which was good because I immediately turned around and went back to the airport.
