Honolulu: Park Air Express

We have parked here for quite awhile and have always had very courteous service and when inconvienced we were compensated and now I understand that another company has taken over and no discount or frequent parking programs are in effect.

Generally reliable service.

Started using them when they charged $8/day. Then it went up to $9/day. Then, $10/day but you could get a $1off/day coupon online. Now that's gone too. Price keeps going up but service keeps going down. Used to be good alternative to airport parking, especially on longer term but now, it's same price as airport and open to elements. May as well go to airport garage. At least that's covered.

We had a bad experience parking our car here. From the beginning, the employees were not informative and did not give us the correct information. When we returned from our trip, due to the lack of correct information given, we had no idea that there was no shuttle coming to pick us up, unless you called. When I called to inquire what was going on, I was yelled at and treated very rudely by another employee who then hung up the phone on me. When my husband called back to speak with the man, he admitted to being rude and hung up the phone on him. We ended up waiting almost an hour for the shuttle. They are very unprofessional and have very poor customer service. We called the supervisor and complained, but was offered no compensation for the inconvenience. The discount parking is not worth it!

i signed up a year ago and have used this serviced several times, at first i signed up to get a 10 off ticket, plus supposedly discounts on hotels etc, the places have nothing to do with hawaii, and they keep taking money out of my account with no phone number, the service is going down hill, i waited 20 min for my shuttle to get to my car, i was late to work, now i just pay for the regular parking at the airport my car is across the street hope your company likes ripping of customers...
