(July 28, 2010) The drivers were very polite and great driving skills in a busy airport, the Manager and all valet personnel assisted with our luggage. When I was confused where I put my claim ticket, the cashier was patient with me after a long flight. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Easy in and out

(July 15, 2010) I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to leave my car with the valet at Park Air Express at 5am after only making the reservation the day before. We waited moments before being shuttled to our terminal, and my car didn't enter my mind again until we returned. I called the shuttle shortly after our landing, and the van arrived outside the terminal soon after. My car was waiting for me when we entered the garage. I couldn't have been happier. I'm looking forward to parking with Park Air Express in the future. Thank you!

Very Good Experience

(June 30, 2010) This was my first time using Park Air Express, and I'll definitely use them again. We were picked up within 5 minutes of calling. Staff was courteous and helpful, rates were very reasonable, and the facility was close to the airport and seemed safe and secure. Pretty much everything we would want in a long-term parking facility.

Good value, but you need more signage in the parking structure

(June 20, 2010) I liked my experience with Park Air Express, and the rate is more than fair; i would use it again. But I'd like to offer some constructive criticism on the absence of signage inside the parking structure. Once you pull into the building, it's very confusing to know where to go and it took me some time just to realize I had to go down some levels to get to where I was told to self-park. There's another parking service in the same building, and there's nothing that distinguishes one from the other once you get into the building. I wish once I pulled into the building, there was clearer signage as to where to go and what to do.

Long wait time to get picked up

(January 25, 2010) The service was outstanding except for one thing -- the amount of time I waited outside of the terminal to get picked up. I needed to call the office 4 times and I ended up waiting 20+ minutes. Furthermore, the van does not have "Park Air Express" written on its side so it was pure luck that I actually waved my arms when it went by. This is unacceptable. The wait time should be no more than 10 minutes and the vans should be clearly marked.
