Good experience

(November 6, 2009) My experience in general was excellent. The attendant showed me specifically where to park. It is covered parking and there was no damage, etc to my car. The only difficulty was when I paid, the clerk tried to add in the tax - again - even though the online invoice clearly showed that it was already in the total to be paid. After several minutes of trying to convince him, someone else came out to help and straightened it out quickly. However, I would definitely park there again.

Great Experience

(November 5, 2009) I have never had to park my car at the airport, but rather always had a great friend to take me. I read the reviews about Park Air Express and decided to give them a try for my first time. I could not have been more satisfied! I had a great parking spot, was brought to the airport immediately, driver was great! Upon returning from my trip, waited only 5 mins for the shuttle to pick me up and then take me directly to my car. Could not have gone better and I will definitely be using them again!!

Accomodations Outstanding

(October 30, 2009) The parking attendant was very accommodating. He provided a space so that I could keep my car keys.
