The clearance for Self Park is 6' 2" only if you have a vehicle higher than that you need to use the Valet Service.

The cashier will be located at the lobby level of the parking.

I'll use them again
(February 7, 2012) I usually park in another off-site lot but decided, based on the reviews to give this one a try. Many people in the reviews I read complained that the self parking was confusing. It isn't. All you have to do is read the signs and follow directions. I was parked in a double spot and had absolutely no problem getting the attendant to move the car parked behind me. The lot is clean, well lit and the presence of the attendants was comforting. I had to wait awhile for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport upon my return but I was not in a hurry so it didn't bother me. They have my vote and my repeat business!

(January 31, 2012) I for the most park always use this parking lot. Its covered and safe. Shuttles are abundant and for the most part on time. Easy in and out access. I will continue to utilize them

Good place
(January 31, 2012) Came in on a weekend, found a parking spot right a way, and the shuttle was waiting and left as soon as I got on. Coming back I had to wait 5-10 minutes, but not too bad. The important thing is the shuttle was there when I was on my way to the plane. Pricing is better than the Hilton next door and the service is much better!

Good first experience
(January 26, 2012) Good first experience As this was the first time I used this facility I was quite impressed. When I arrived the shuttle was waiting and took me to my terminal immediately. When I arrived at LAX days later I called for the shuttle and within 5 min it arrived and I was on my home in no time at all. As I did book my time online and self-parked I ended up paying far less than if I had parked at most any other lot within miles of LAX. Overall I had a very good experience. I only wish the spaces were marked or numbered so a newbie could jot down the exact location of their car.
