| Excellent hours; strange appoach to customer service! |
| (August 5, 2010) My experience with Park EZ Fly was positive overall...I guess. I really apprieciate the price and the 24 hour shuttle service!! The one issue I had was early on. The attendant that greeted us pointed to a parking space and asked us to pull in (about two spaces away) so we did so. Then the shuttle pulled up and the driver got out and came running over to accuse me of hitting the car next to me with my car door. SHOCKING since I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HIT THE CAR! I was very confused, and tried to explain that I hadn't hit the car! He proceeded to tell us that we should just go elsewhere to park. There was no time for that or we would have missed our flight. My husband had to ask him to calm down and please just take us to the airport since there was obviously no damage to the car next to us. It was a VERY STRANGE experience!! I guess I'm glad he is that concerned about vehicle safety, but I recommend you know what you are talking about before you accuse someone! |

| (May 26, 2010) The serivce at Park EZ Fly is always excellent. We are driven promptly to the airport and picked up quickly at the end of our trip. When we returned from our trip anxious to get home Jessica was prompt, efficient and very pleasant. |
