From the West (Baton Rouge)
From I-10, Exit on Williams Boulevard and turn right. Proceed to the first traffic signal and turn right. At the next traffic signal, turn left onto Airport Road (next to the airport). Exit off Airport Road onto Airline Drive. Travel approximately one block down Airline Drive and Park 'N Fly will be on your left.

From the East (New Orleans)
From I-10, Exit the Airport exit, which is one exit past Williams Boulevard. Proceed down Airport Road and exit on Airline Drive. After approximately one block, Park 'N Fly will be on your left.

No, your booking information is communicated directly to the facility by the About Airport Parking service.

2.) When should I arrive at the facility?

Depending on the travel time you should plan on arriving at the facility 1.5 to 2 hours before your flights time. If your flight is international you should allow for more time to go through procedures at the airport. If you are traveling during peak travel periods you should also allow for extra time to get through procedures at the airport.

3.) How secure is the parking facility?

Our facility is secure, gated, well-lit and staffed 24/7.

4.) Do you offer luaggage assistance?

Yes, our courteous, friendly drivers are ready to help with all your luggage to ensure that your trip begins and ends with ease.

GREAT
(December 20, 2011) I was very pleased with the staff as, they were courteous and frendly. The lot was clean and parking was easy. Also, the shuttle was there to pick me up with a short wait time. The check in and out was easy also, and my car was left the same as I left it. Thanks, Theresa

(August 15, 2011) It was a good overall experience. The transport vehicles where right there when we parked and when I arrived back at MSY. They helped with the bags and were very polite. Thank you, keep it up!!!

(August 8, 2011) Driver was waiting by entrance at 4:45AM, car was untouched for seven days, and driver was waiting at airport when we arrived at 3pm. Everything went as planned.

Happy overall with one caveat
(April 23, 2011) I was happy with the experience and service. The shuttle drivers were extremely courteous and helpful and prompt! I was however over-charged upon leaving the parking lot as the cashier-attendant did not acknowledge my previous deposit that was printed on my internet reservation receipt. Despite that I would recommend Park 'N Fly New Orleans to anyone as an alternative to parking at the airport parking facility. I felt it was safe and easy to use.
