 Awesome service
We have used this lot a few times over the years, always enjoying a great experience. The people who greeted us were friendly and helpful, moving our luggage to the shuttle van and settling us in. They were so quick we barely had time to think! Valet service was wonderful, never had a worry about our vehicle at all.
Quick delivery to the airport, quick pick up, quick check out and payment.
A super experience! Highly recommended!

overcharged
The courtesy shuttle service was great, but upon payment, no list of charges was presented, I was only told the amount and since the daily amount was an odd number, I didn't do any mental math to verify the total. I was overcharged a days worth of parking, and only realized it when I was 30 miles away, too late to do anything but gripe about it here.
Pros: close to airport, quick efficient and good service for connections.
Cons: A tired traveler needs to depend on places like this be correct. Without a time in/ time out report, they easily overcharged me a day without my knowing. I don't appreciate it and will go elsewhere next trip.
