| Don't let them park your car.... |
| (June 27, 2009) Go to Fast Trek instead. When I arrived at P-N-F (I had reservations) the lot was full so they had me double park. When I returned my Lexus had damage to the rear drivers side bumper. They submitted a claim that was refused by their ins company because on the valet slip they put down that damage was already there. I asked to review the video tape of my car entering the lot and now their Regional Manager won't even return my calls.
My advice don't go to P-N-F.... |

| Avoid Park 'N Fly if possible |
| (February 17, 2009) My experience with this company was like a nightmare. Their staffs are rude and uneducated. They also have various hidden fees. When you ask for explanation and justification of these fees, they only tease you and ask you to call their customer service, which can never been reached.
I reserved a parking place for 3 days and 2 hours on their website. They charged me for 4 days, plus a reservation fee. However, my flight was delayed for 1 hour and when I picked up the car, they asked for $3 for this hour. So, their charge for my 3 days and 3 hours parking is: reservation fee + charge for 4 days' parking + charge for the extra hour.
The experience with their staffs was horrible as I asked why my 4 days' payment can not cover 3 days + 3 hours' parking. They were rude and uneducated - teasing and yelling. Their only answer for the extra charge is that "this fee is generated by our system."
From my observation, most of the customers who paid online were also charged by this extra fee. All of us were really pissed off by this hidden fee. More importantly, it is not about money, but the way to do business and to be honest.
Try to avoid Park N Fly, if you can.
