| That's why I never went back |
| (March 28, 2009) Thanks for you reminders! I used to park there when it was the only alternative and even back then they were rude! We thought we just getting bad treatment because it was in the middle of the night or cold outside or a Sunday or ??? But yes, they were not exactly the friendly faces you would like visitors to the City to meet. Lucky for the City since most people who use the lot are local and not tourists to Edmonton. Now that the Airport is increasing the price at the Value Park I was hoping to find an alternative. I'm guessing that the Park n' Fly will raise their rates without posting them online and then yell at you when you complain. |

| Worst airport parking in Edmonton by far |
| (January 21, 2009) Very rude and unprofessional service. Have tried several times. Finally learned lesson after they REMOVED my coat from my car without asking me, then when I returned from my trip, never told me that they had taken my coat out of the car. When I got home, I had no key, so I had to drive all the way back (90min)... They blamed ME, saying that I had given them my coat. I have never even heard of this service, so I KNOW I did not do this. They just yelled at me. Then when I called the manager later, he did the same.
Never use them. Use the airport parking- way closer, better shuttles, and reliable. Plus about same cost. |

| Horrible service |
| (December 22, 2008) We waited 50 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport when there are supposed to be a shuttle every 15 minutes. We called 4 times and they said each time that a shuttle was on the way. When the shuttle finally came and we confronted them about the delay, they said they had been by 3 times! They refused to admit any mistakes or errors.
In the 50 mintues we were there 12 shuttles from their competing company (valu park).

(April 3, 2008) (A)rate of parking shall be with full break up such as rate, seasonal and non seasonal, any extra amount like tax(B) shauttle, sefety of car parking, insurance coverage,no of spot avasilable for car lot and other facility and their charges if any and timing to and fro for airport before thinking for reservation(c )any type of discount such as age limit, membership of assoication, frequent end users,
Pros: only when if ,i use your parking lot from this 11-04-2008 to 16-04-2008, i can write pro and cons. furnish me first information then i decide to use your facility. |
