Overall good

(August 19, 2010) I didn't know that I was supposed to call when I got to the airport at 1:50 AM but fortunately for me, someone else on my flight did know to call. I really appreciated that the woman driving the bus waited until my car started before she drove away. As a single woman late at night this service was really appreciated.

(August 16, 2010) My review would have been a 5 but for the women who answered the telephone when I called to clarify directions to Parking Lot. Only one woman had it together and knew how to articulate the location - the other two with whom I spoke did not appear to know.

(August 13, 2010) It was a pleasant and stress free experience!!! From the reservation individual on the phone to the drivers and the speed and friendliness of the service. I will definitely used the Camp Meade Parking location again the next time I travel from BWI!!!

(August 5, 2010) Park N GO has changed to Park and Fly. Once parked the van was waiting for me and the pick up from the airport was fine. However the wait to pay was amazingly slow!! The person in front seemed to be arguing about the bill.(that tool 10 minutes) I thought fine, I knew what the balance should be--but it took over 5 minutes for them to tell me the balance, then disappear with credit card and several more minutes before re-appeared with card. No talking, no sorry it has taken so long, nothing!
