 Have always used your service for airport parking. I also had a VIP card that I can no longer find. Could I please get another VIP card?
Pros: Basically no wait when I return. Always a spot when I leave and always no wait to pick me up when I park. Like the newer vans.
Cons: Some of the older vans need to be replaced.

GREAT SERVICE
I have been using Park n Go off and on for several years and have not been disapointed. I can get to the checkin without dragging my bags through a 1/4 mile parking lot and save a little money in the process.
Pros: I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus.
They load and unload your luggage with a smile.
You can avoid all the airport traffic, especially when you come in from the west.

Service Highs and Lows
Good place to park, and a great price. Getting off the lot not a problem. Getting back to the lot during the day, also no problem. Getting to the lot in the early morning...big problem. I have waited 30 minutes or more for a van...at 2 in the morning...in the cold...etc.
