We were delivered to the airport promptly and picked up within minutes of our arrival back to SeaTac. Drivers and office staff were very nice.

My husband and I have used this lot many times when we travel. We have never had a problem. We make the reservation online, arrive, pay the balance, hand over our key, then someone drives us to the airport. When we return we sometimes have to wait 10-15 minutes for a pick-up, but that's reasonable. Our car is always out and waiting for us at the lot.
Pros: Reliable, friendly.
Cons: A little further from the airport.

We had a hard time finding the place. The directions given were not very helpful, and the broken English did not help. Our driver seemed nice enough, but he played annoying mid-eastern music in the dirty, sloppy mini-van. We arrived much later than we thought we would. The lot is too far, and they made us wait for another couple to register their car, who had a flight 2 hours later than ours. I figured the extra drive and wait time for the other couple cost us at least 1/2 hour. That is pretty scary when you hope to get through security in time for your flight. We barely made our flight! I also did not like the fact that they wouldn't take reservations on the phone, but that was probably good, since they can't communicate well.
Pros: cheap, played mid-eastern music (that's a pro, if you like it) The guys in the car with us pretended to like it, and asked him to turn it up.
Cons: no phone reservations, dirty lot and van, made us wait, terrible music

We almost didn't get our car back because we couldn't find the tiny green stub of a ticket they gave us when leaving. We had our 2 month old infant daughter and were a little frazzled when coming back from our trip. Although their pick-up was prompt, my husband got a lecture fom the owner about not being able to find the ticket, even after we were very nice and pleaded with him. NOT very service oriented - even my dry cleaners will give me my clothes if i can't find the ticket!
Pros: Cheap, I guess...

Arrived at the lot early a.m. Place seemed like an old car repair salvage business. Cars parked haphazard. Got to terminal and had a funny feeling about returning several days later. When I did it was late in evening and then began the fun. Took almost 45 minutes for pick-up because the pick-up van would not start. Finally picked up and walked into the pathetic office. Behind deck was a kid probably 19-20yrs old with keys all over the desk. After 15 minutes trying to find my keys, the guy says he can't find the keys. I go back with guy and look at the key kiosk (a complete mess) and 30 minutes later I give up. They call the owner out of bed, he comes down almost 30 minutes later and starts looking. Finally, I break into my car (I know how to do it) and start the car and get home. This operation is a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Made reservation on line and paid everything up front, when we got there it took a minute for them to find the receipt. I parked my own truck in the lot and kept my keys. When we returned from trip we called and they came right over and got us and returned to the lot. I went in and got my truck and loaded my bags and left.
Pros: Cheep
Cons: Driver was ok but manager and lot guy were worthless and rude. I will not go back.

This business used to be very well run and quite reasonable. The previous staff was friendly and the service first rate. Times change. The current staff is lazy, rude and probably dishonest. Billing is no longer on a twenty-four hour cycle, rather it appears to be at the whim of the very rude counterman. Do yourself a favor and pay extra couple of dollars and go to Park & Fly or Masterpark. You'll be happy that you did.

The parking lot pretty far from the airport, compared to a lot of other off airport lots. All employees speak broken English and are very hard to understand. My new wife and I arrived at Seatac around 3:00am on a Monday morning. My wife called for the shuttle and they were very rude to her. They actually hung up on her and I had to call back. It took a little over 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after we finally got through to them. The driver did not help us or anybody with their bags. Arriving at the lot, I chose not to tip the rude driver. Another lady did leave a tip. Her car was then delivered to her, I had to walk all the way to the back of the lot to reover my own car. Very disappointed in the service. The next time I traveled, I used Thrifty parking and they were MUCH better. Its only a few dollars more per day and worth it.

Cons: Terrible service, rude driver, nobody speaks English, lot is not well lit, valet only if you tip the driver, long shuttle ride to the airport, shuttle does not run fequently

This is the worst parking lot I have ever had the displeasure of using. Avoid this lot at all costs! They also have extra 'fees' that other lots already include in their price, so they are not as cheap as they appear on a per day amount basis. The lot is in bad condition and the people running the place are terrible as well. Go anywhere else but here.
Pros: Seems cheaper, but it's not when you add the fees, how far it, the horrible service.
Cons: The lot, the area, the customer service (there is none)

A very poor experience. The employee that was working there was rude. Too much paperwork for simply parking car. I will never return.

You'll be sorry. I sure am. We were over charged by $40 and they are refusing to correct the mistake because I lost my claim ticket. They are not helpful. They would tell me to call back because they are busy. I finally drove down from Bellingham and the worker(owner) said he was not authorized to credit my account.
Pros: None
Cons: Everthing, I tried to save a couple of dollars and it ended up costing me triple!

They charged a posted fee different than what is advertised and on their vans and they charge if you go past midnight of your return flight even if there are weather delays, such as happened with me when SEATAC was snowed in and we arrived 6 hours after our scheduled time - 1 hour past midnight. Then would take only cash. Also, didn't help with luggage or open doors for my 85 year old mother. Very dishonest and poor service.

Cons: Prices different than on van Don't help with luggage or assist elderly Don't have any grace if late, even if 1 hour and snow delays

I would not recommend this parking lot. I am giving it 1 star because it is cheap. We waited for 25 to 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport. Not fun with 2 kids that were ready to get home. Also, unfortunately we had a dead battery when we arrived at our car. ( this was not the fault of the parking lot). But we actually had to bribe the employees to give us a jump start. My advice, pay a few more dollars for much better service.

Last two times have been a nightmare. First time made a reservation for 6:00am, went to the lot, and the door was locked, lights on, but no one there. Waited for ten minutes before having to drive to another lot. Yesterday, flew in to Sea-Tac. Called for pick up and the phone was busy. Called and called for over 1/2 hour before giving up. Had to wait in line for another half an hour to take a taxi to the lot. Did not even say sorry or even reimburse for cab fare.They said they knew the phones were out, but didn't even bother to send a van to the airport to look for customers, it was sitting on the lot still. P.S. As with the other reviews, rates were significantly higher than reported. Pay the same rate and stay close with reliable service.

May 2006 we used this lot, the price seemed great and I thought it was Park 'n Fly. Big difference in the two services. We arrived to find the lights off and nobody there. Some people in turbans were hanging around a van, it turns out that they are the employees or owners. They told us to put our stuff into the van (no offers to assist with anything) and go in to pay. The door was locked. On man huffed at me when I told him that the office door was locked. He opened it with the key and went in to assist me. A young man was sleeping on an old bench seat in the office. Tried to charge a different price, claimed that they couldn't find my reservation. Office was filthy and unprofessional. Insisted that we leave our new van in the 4 space lot in the non-secured area with keys. Said they would move it for us. Waited in the van with people crowding in. No more room for luggage and still the driver would not leave for the airport. Insufficient and faulty seatbelts in shuttle van. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting we complained about being nearly late and we were taken to the airport. The driver stopped and barely gave us a chance to unload our things before he took off. Would not open the doors to the luggage area or assist with luggage in any way. Not sure if he even spoke or understood English. Returning we were picked up fairly promptly, again without any assistance with our many bags and people. Our van was parked in front, in the unsecured area. It could have been there for the whole 2 weeks or they maybe just moved it before we returned. Overall, awful customer service, I would not recommend anyone go there unless I disliked the person. Horribly experience, will never do business with this place again.
Pros: cheap, but you get what you pay for. No damage to car, we had our doubts about whether we would return to have a vehicle.

Not worth the wait

We booked this place based on the value. We had an easy enough time dropping off our car but coming back was a different story. We arrived late in the evening after a 6 hour flight to find a line at our pick up point. After waiting 10 minutes a van showed up and filled up with passengers. We did not make it on that van. We were told he was the only driver and we would have to wait for him to finish taking all of those people to their cars. We waited easily for another 30-40 minutes with 3 kids outside in the chilly Seattle air while watching everyother parking service send van after van go by. Next time we will be spending the dollar or two more a day.

Cons: Small operation, not equipped to handle all of customers.

I want to THANK EVERYONE who took the time and were gracious enough to warn others about this lot! I ALMOST made a reservation, and something said...google for reviews, and I am soooo glad I did! You wonderful people have saved me from an awful fate, and I can not thank you enough! I have enough stress in my life already!

We used this lot many times with no problems, but on our last return to Seattle we were unable to get through to the company for pickup. After waiting outside for over an hour and repeatedly calling, we finally got a hold of someone and they came to get us within about 15 minutes. Ridiculously long wait. We will not be using them again.
