Scratched Car

(November 18, 2009) I came to drop off my car and a woman was not helpful at all. I parked my car and it was a real crowded lot. Came home to a scratched car. They said they are no way responsible for the scratch. A nasty place to park. Car was filthy too..

Smooth as Silk!

(November 11, 2009) What an effortless way to fly from O'Hare, particularly when you are a single traveler with too much luggage! The worst part of traveling, for me, is having to handle my luggage and with Park N Jet, I barely have to deal with pulling my big suitcase! I love the curbside drop-off and the most I had to handle my luggage was from Baggage to the pick-up area -- not bad at all. My car was waiting for me when we arrived back at the lot -- warmed up and ready to go. I will most definitely use Park N Jet again!
