1. How often does the shuttle leave to the Airport?
The shuttle leaves our lot as needed 24 hours a day. Please allow 15 - 20 minutes for parking and shuttle to the terminals. During Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, please allow 15 - 30 minutes.

2. How far ahead of my flight time should I be at the Airport?
Depending on the airline you are traveling with, the normal time to be at the airport is between 2 to 3 hours. Please confirm directly with your airline

3. Is the shuttle free?
The shuttle service is included in the cost of parking. You can not use the shuttle service unless you are paying for parking.

4. Are you always open?
Yes, Park To Fly is always open.

5. On my return, how long does it take for the shuttle to pick me up?
The normal pick-up time is 5-7 minutes. Delays can be caused due to traffic congestion caused by airport construction, accidents or during Major Holidays.

6. How do I get to your lot?
Driving Directions:

From the WEST take 528 (Beechline) then take exit #13 to Narcoossee Rd and turn LEFT, PARK TO FLY is located 1/2 mile on your left.

From the EAST take 528 (Beechline) then take exit #13 to Narcoossee Rd and turn RIGHT, PARK TO FLY is located 1/2 mile on your left.

From 417 (Greenway), take Exit #26 to West 528 (Beechline), then take exit #13 to Narcoossee Rd and turn RIGHT, PARK TO FLY is located 1/2 mile on your left.

From 408 (East/West Expressway), take Exit #16 to South S.R. 551 (Goldenrod Rd). Drive 4 miles, turn left on Hoffner Rd. Hoffner changes to Narcoossee Rd. PARK TO FLY is located 2 miles on your right.

From Florida Turnpike, take Exit #254 to East 528 (Beechline), then take exit #13 to Narcoossee Rd and turn LEFT, PARK TO FLY is located 1/2 mile on your left.

Top notch service!

(November 14, 2009) We were treated nicely from drop-off to pick-up. The counter staff and drivers were courteous and helpful. The only unfortunate situation is the road work occurring outside the entrance. But once that is finished, the experience will be, I'm sure, 5 stars.

(November 12, 2009) The shuttle came fast and on-time. The staff are nice and happy to be a help. I've parked my car here for 6 days, and my car was in good care. When I go back, my car is already there for me. I'll park my car in Park to Fly next time.

(November 5, 2009) This was the first time we ever used a parking facility off airport property. We were concerned about the price to park, getting to the airport on time, how much problem would it be to get back to the car from the airport, and how safe would the car be. We found your staff to be very efficient and upon our return we found all of our concerns to be unfounded. Upon a quick check-in our transportation was waiting to take us to our terminal, with clear instructions on our parking recept we called to be picked up, and after a short wait we were picked up and dropped off at the door to pay our bill which was very reasonable, and get in our car which was waiting for when we left the building. We plan to use your facility again the next time we fly.
