Transparent shuttle. Once you drive into the Parking Plaza, there are a minimum of two personnel waiting to take your luggage to the shuttle. I have used this service many times and have not waited more than two minutes from the time I arrived to the time the shuttle left for the airport. Return customer service also very efficient. Pros: Immediate attention upon arrival and return. Helpful and friendly personnel. Great rate. Cons: Have not experienced any so far.
