| (August 10, 2008) We were very pleased with the service that Fasttrack provided for us in July, 2008. But we were disappointed that they did not give us the price that was quoted on our reservation receipt. We gave them our receipt on our arrival on July 18th. Even though the lot was full, we were able to leave our car because we had a reservation. When we returned on July 29th with our claim ticket, we did not have our printed 'reservation receipt' in hand. We were told we would not get credit for our $11 deposit but might be able to get it back if we communicated with the company online after we found our receipt in our luggage.
We did not realize at the time that our quoted 'pay at lot total' was $67.50 and we were charged $95.50. Airport Parking has refunded our $11.00 but Fasttrack refused to refund any of the amount because we did not have our reservation receipt in hand on our return. We thought it had already been recorded. The lot was full and very busy at the time of our arrival. We were asked to leave our keys and have our car parked by an attendant. We wonder if that might be the problem with not having our receipt recorded. We have reread the receipt and do not see where it needed to be presented again on return.
We know what we need to do if we choose to use this service again but will not recommend it without a warning that the quoted price might not be honored. There is too much competition to put up with this.

(March 7, 2007) Prestige!FastTrack! I've used this facility several times and I've always been completely satisfied.
Pros: It's all the same the people are friendly, helpful, and patient.
Cons: The airport needs better signs, directing you to the shuttle area. |

| Charged extra day for no reason |
(March 4, 2007) Prestige Parking is now known as FastTrack. Booked 8 days parking and pre-paid on line. After my trip I gave my ticket and printed copy of web receipt and the attendant insisted I owed an additional day, although the dates matched the receipt correctly. Why? I will not use this outfit again, there are too many other better run facilities.

(March 4, 2007) Prestige is the least expensive parking with the coupon you can print from the internet. The buses are always waiting for you in the parking lot and they will pull right up to your car as soon as you park. The drivers are courteous and helpful. It is about a 7 minute ride to the airport but that is no big deal if you are arriving a couple hours before your flight. When you return from your trip there is usually a motor coach standing by in the designated space to pick you up at the airport. They have several coaches for transport so you don't have much of a wait if one is not in the designated space. If all you expect is a ride from your car to the airport, this is the place to park.
Pros: Price, coupon on internet, employees being courteous and helpful

(August 1, 2006) I have used Prestige Parking at the Atlanta airport at least 10 times for over the last 5 years. For the price you cant beat it.
Pros: Dollar off coupons! (google it),,Cheep Cheep!, frequent shuttlebuses, at car pickup, helpful bus drivers
Cons: not close to airport (7-10 minute bus ride)
