Could be friendlier

(September 19, 2007) This would be the best place to park..lots of buses, close to airport, courteous drivers, but the lady at the pay booth needs to be more courteous to the customers. I used to park every two weeks but I am looking elsewhere.
Pros: Quick trip to the airport
Cons: Outside lot always crowded

(December 20, 2006) My company uses the Parking Spot for some time now and their Parking area is OK, thus asphalt could be improved as it has deterirated over the years. Pickup at The parking spot is good, I never had to wait longer than 2 minutes for a bus and the drivers are friendly. Pickup at the Airport is below average sometimes. On two occasions I had to wait over 15 minutes for a bus which I think is unacceptable.
Pros: Good location, free soda or water when leaving.
Cons: Below average pickup frequencies, thus appear to be improving since ATL Airport reubuild of that area.
