| (January 24, 2012) Upon returning from an international flight, I phoned the Marriott where I was told to proceed to door 5E. We did so and waited for nearly 45 min! I called 3 times and was told the driver couldn't find us. Not sure that could have been possible since we were there waiting and waiting.....
The other disappointment was when I politely relayed this info to the front desk attendant, there was no concession made to the price or even an explanation. Just a poor experience overall. |

| (January 20, 2012) I've parked in this lot several times when flying out of O'hare and it's been consistently a good experience. The shuttles run regularly and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes (usually more like 5), and the staff and drivers are usually very friendly and helpful. The last time I parked here, when I returned to pick up my car, it was covered in snow from a storm that hit while I was away. I had forgotten to bring a brush for cleaning, but it wasn't a problem because the front desk had one they let me borrow. I would recommend this option for someone wanting to save some money over parking at the airport itself. |

| (January 6, 2012) Your staff was courteous and efficient. Shuttle service was excellent; when we arrived at the Marriott to park car on Dec 27th, the shuttle driver was ready to leave for airport but waited an extra 3 minutes for us to park our car.
When we returned on Jan 3rd, the shuttle service was already at door #2 so we didn't have wait at all!!

The service is always great, the hotel has a place to wait that is out of the cold and the drivers and staff are always friendly and helpful. The lot, hotel waiting area, and restrooms are very clean and the parking lot is well lit and safe. The check in desk is courteous and efficient. Will definitely be back on our next trip. |

| (January 2, 2012) The Park at the Marriott Suites was the best experience of all our travels. We live an hour and half away from O'Hare so this made it easy to stay overnight and just leave the car in the parking lot for our travel. The hotel was beautiful and we loved our room. The front door staff was helpful and filled us in on how it all worked. This was well worth the extra $2.00 from the park n'fly price of 7.50 or so and we paid only $10 which is a 3.00 saving over long term at the airport and we got a nice ride, I believe. When we needed pickup the shuttle comes every 20 minutes..Excellent deal for the price. |

| (November 23, 2011) It was a very good parking experience - no wait at the hotel when checking in. Shuttle driver was cooperative - waited 30 seconds for me while I parked my car. I did wait about 20 minutes at the airport upon my return, which is just fine and expected depending upon my arrival time in between shuttle times. Checking out was also extremely efficient.
The only improvement could be that the charge could be a bit lower ($13 per day including all taxes should be brought under $8-10 per day inclusive of all).

| (August 9, 2011) I lucked out when I parked--I had valet parking because the parking lots were being repaved. This process, i.e., waiting in line, checking in, waiting for the shuttle, and loading the shuttle took a considerable amount of time. In the future I will have to take that into account. There was standing room only on the minibus; someone gave up his seat for me. On the positive side, all staff were informed, efficient, and cheerful, a real plus early on Sunday morning and late Sunday night. I will use this again, although I am sure that bad weather (It is Chicago!) will be a negative factor.

Only about a ten minute ride to the airport. The driver we had both ways was was professional and friendly. On the pick up after your flight returns, make sure you follow all signs to the shuttle center where all the shuttles pick up. Not hard to find, just follow the signs. At about $10 per day, you can't beat it. |

| (July 18, 2011) As a frequent business traveler I always park in the parking garage at O'Hare. Since my wife and I went on an extended vacation, I decided to save a few bucks and checked out a few alternative lots around the airport. While there are a few cheaper options, I chose the Marriott Suites as I knew their logistical set up well (easy in and out of O'Hare), knew their location (Carlucci's is next door), and felt their lot was safe and secure. A big selling point was the 20 minute on-going circuit they offered, and the fact that you keep your keys with you, too. No standing around for long period's of time or rushing to make a shuttle is important to me. The Marriott Suite's shuttle service ran in a professional, on-time manner and my car was in good shape when I returned. I was very happy with this choice.
I learned that the downside of using this or any of the other hotel shuttle services at O'Hare are the arrangements in place for getting the shuttle back to the Marriott. After getting your bags from baggage claim you need to drag them down escalators, walk 2-3 blocks, and then up escalators to what is essentially the Hilton O'Hare's parking area. This shuttle loading zone was NOT designed for the amount of people and related traffic that have to use it. It's plain small! Thus, it's like a giant bus station with people clamoring all over each other to get to their shuttles. As such, it's not the best experience after a long journey. |

| (June 3, 2011) We liked using the Marriot parking because the rates were so good and they provided a shuttle that is 24/7, but there were two negative things. 1. when we called ahead while making our arrangements, the person told us we could call the night before and have the shuttle be on call for us at 3:45 AM when we needed a pickup. Actually, when we called ahead they told us that they couldn't do that and they had to follow a shuttle schedule every 30 minutes. We ended up taking a cab to the airport instead of the shuttle, and that cut into our savings! 2. on the way back, we had a horrible time finding the "Shuttle Center" at O'Hare. the signs were very misleading. we walked all around for a while not able to find it. Turns out you have to go one level below the baggage claim and walk a ways below the airport and take an elevator up to the "shuttle center" to get the shuttle back. Other than these two negatives, it was still way cheaper way to park! |

| (May 9, 2011) Absolutely will park here form now on ! Told my freinds why have some one pick you up and drop you off, I had a plane delay but was not worried as I knew my car was in a secure enviroment. Great freindly staff greeted with freidnly alert smiles. And I got to the airport in less then 15 minutes ! |

| (May 5, 2011) The advanced purchase parking option at Marriott was great! Pull in, park, get your ticket, and hop the 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport - it can't get any easier or cheaper!! Thank you Marriott! |
