I got to my flight faster than anytime that I've ever parked by myself, or used a different off-site parking option. I had just missed the regularly scheduled shuttle back late Sunday night, but sure enough the next shuttle arrived within 15 minutes, despite the late 11:30PM time. I'm a convert! |

After several minutes trying to figure out how to pay the amount on my email printout, I discover the HELP button and was informed I had to come inside the hotel to make the payment. I then had to get out and explain to the two cars behind me that I had to back up. Needless to say nobody was happy. |

On my return after waiting 20 min I called the hotel they told me about the "Bus & Shuttle Center" I walked there & waited 15 miun (not an unreasonable amt of time) the shuttle then went to Int terminal & seemed to wait awhile & then went to the hotel.
The process took exactly one hr, on a Sunday.
Paying the bill & leaving the property was a snap.

Its safe and the personnel at the front desk were very accommodating when I had to extend my parking days. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and leaves you right at your terminal. |

They said they are no longer providing jumper service; we had to wait there for an hour to contact our own insurance company to take care of that. Our 11 month old baby was already exhausted from 12 hour flight and we were not happy about the fact that it took us 2 hours from got off the plance to take off from the parking lot. I do not understand how come they do not provide battery jump service when they run the long term parking business in cold CHICAGO. I would recommend you to use other parking service that provides jumper service; otherwise, you may have to take care of the dead battery on your own. |

| (October 20, 2009) I parked my car at the Marriott last week for 4 days. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. After reading many negative reviews regarding various off-site airport parking lots, I was extremely hesitant in leaving my car anywhere but then I found Marriott and am so glad I did.
The people at the front desk were extremely nice as were the shuttle drivers. I waited for the shuttle at the Marriott for about 20 min and then 10 min at OHare on my way back. You park your car in their regular hotel parking lot so there's no worry about your car being manhandled and getting dented.
Overall, no complaints and would definitely park here again. |

| (October 11, 2009) The staff at the Marriot Suites O'Hare were rude. I had to wait in a lenthy line at the check-in desk when I arrived. When it was my turn to be helped, the clerk had me step to the side and finished assisting all the people behind me in line before asisting me. He gave me a ticket and instructed me to insert it into the ticket machine at the gate upon my return. A few days later, I attempted to pay at the gate. The machine tried to charge me triple the amount I had agreed to pay. I went to the check-in desk and an extremely rude clerk named Brian proceded to be unhelpful. He rolled his eyes at me and acted as if I was trying to leave the parking lot without paying. He finally gave me a new ticket. I had to go back outside (it was raining) and try to pay again. It did not work. I went back inside to Brian, who rolled his eyes at me again, and said he would open the gate for me. Bad experience. My car also had a couple of new scratches on the passanger side door. I will never use this lot again. I co-worker I was traveling with had the exact same experience. |

Only 2 complaints, the first being that when I parked my car and checked in at the front desk, the gentleman had missinformed me that all I needed when i returned was the ticked from the parking gate when I arrived. (I had given him my receipt when I checked in) When I returned there was a different person who was going to charge me the full rate since I didn't have my receipt with my. Luckily my wife had printed another copy. The only other complaint I had was the walk from the baggage claim to the shuttle area. We had to drag all of our luggage down an excelator, take a pretty long hike (approx.3-4 blocks worth) then get on an elevator which the markings was pretty confusing, then go outside and wait fo rthe shuttle to arrive. Other than the confusion and the long walk everything else was pretty nice. |

The drivers were super friendly and helpful! They take your bags and place them in the back of the shuttle bus. The bus runs on time and runs ever 25 minutes after 9pm as compared to having to call for a pick-up like the receipt says.

Keeping it at O'Hare seemed the obvious thing to do, but thought it would be too costly. Our son helped us discover the opportunity offered by Marriott Suites and so the final price was affordable. There were no hassles, the drop off and final pick up made it easy for us, and the lobby clerks were very helpful. Should we ever need to leave our car again while we travel, we would immediately think about The Marriott.

I even approached the desk clerk upon our return and I asked her for directions to 88. She took the time to print out the directions.
I was very impressed and would use your services again.
One suggestion - I was considering staying overnight with a park/overnight and fly package but the package was only good for seven nights and I was gone for about 12 nights - perhaps you could create a package good for up to two weeks.

| (August 13, 2009) A friend suggested that we try utilizing Marriott's parking deal rather than the long term parking at O'Hare. I found their webpage very easily online, and was able to reserve a parking space in minutes. The cost was about half of what the long term parking is at O'Hare, and the shuttle ride to and from the airport is no longer (maybe even quicker) than the train from the long term parking lot to the terminal. Check-in and check-out at the Marriott was extremely easy. I also felt more comfortable with my vehicle being parked in their lot, rather than the long term lot. I have never had a bad experience with the long term lot, but why pay more with less peace of mind if it is not necessary? Thank you Marriott for a great service. |

As I was running extremely late and with not being a Chicago resident, I recieved optimal services. A lady named Evon? of Hispanic origin who works at night was seriously fantastic! She kept me on the phone to explain directions and made sure that I made the shuttle on time to get my flight. She did her job over 100% and should be rewarded for excellent services.

You do need to present your reservation on hardcopy to park there. But you don't have to bring it with you, you can just e-mail it to yourself and print it right there in their business center near the lobby. You can also check-in for your flight while you're there. What could be more convenient? |

| Great service! |
| (July 25, 2009) Have not flown out of O'hare for may years and always hesitated due to parking. This was fast, easy, convenient and economical. The drivers were courteous and helpful with the bags. I did notice some people not tipping the driver. Not good! At this parking price and free shuttle to airport, gratuity is a must! |

| Marriott O'Hare parking - good experience |

I had no problems with the lot nor with my car while it was parked there nor with the convenience of travel to and from the airport. The bus wait was nonexistent when leaving for the airport and was perhaps 5 minutes to get from the airport back.
My last experience was at a dedicated parking lot in the winter, and I appreciated the service where the snow was cleared and the car was warmed up. This would not have happened at Marriott where parking was outside and I kept the keys, but there are advantages to both situations.
My only suggestion for the Marriott would be to add signage on the way into the lot to indicate that airport parkers should simply pick a spot, park, then visit the desk. It was not clear on my first trip and I stopped and clarified with the desk.
I would use the facility again.
