| (August 30, 2010) My stay was good. When I arrived I could not enter the north lot entrance because the gate would not go up. A shuttle arrived and told me to go to the south entrance and that this has happened before. It was a minor inconvenience. |

The person at the desk says it saves time if you check in before leaving for the airport. Since the shuttle arrived as I was entering the waiting area, I would not have gone in to pay first.
This was my first time paring at Marriott Suites, I usually park aat Marriott O'Hare and pay on exiting the lot.

However, when I called to set up or get directions, the people answering the phone were difficult to understand, gave incomplete or wrong directions and didn't seem eager to want to help.The people at the front desk of the hotel that handled payment were nice and efficient. The drivers and parking are great, but the phone customer service is terrible. |

| (August 9, 2010) I don't appreciate the shuttle driver asking for tips. "Money for coffee?" was his comment. Isn't it his job to load my bags (2)? It took about 10 seconds to load them. Why would he ask for a tip and then get angry when I didn't give him one? It's like he was begging.
I'd be more than happy to tip if he did something out of the way and more than was expected. |

| (August 4, 2010) Great rooms. Nicely decorated. One of Marriotts best in a long time. Really enjoyed the hotel.
Negatives:
1. Room rates where over the top TOO HIGH
2.Taxi had a hard time getting into drop off area because of the gate system. Taxi had to let us off at the street and we had to haul luggage a long way and walk in.
3. Very complicated pick up area at the airport. Couldn't find where to be pick up by suttle. Eventually had to take a cab.
4. Why is the hotel completely gated off? Don't get it. |

| (August 4, 2010) I was unsure at first if this was going to work for me. Finding Marriott Suites and waiting for the shuttle within my timeframe for checking in.
I was pleasently surprised everything went smoothly, including the shuttle pick-up after the trip.
I will highly recommend this to anybody who would listen. |

| (August 2, 2010) This was our first time using parking off site. Price was great, location worked well, in the end it was all good. But...Google maps had it on the other side of the street, so when we went to turn into it on the right it was actually six lanes over on the left. Service to the airport was quick and friendly. Make sure you know where to go to get picked up when you return, it took a bit to figure this out and make sure to remember you parked at the Marriott Suites - seems simple until you realize how many Marriott hotels and affiliates there are in the area. Only other issue is getting back onto the expressway from the parking is not very well marked so make sure you know in advance. All the issues we had were not the fault of Marriott, just things you want to think of in advance, not like us :)

| (July 21, 2010) It was very easy with this service. Instead of paying two cab fares or the expensive parking rates at the airport, this service was a much cheaper alternative.
The affordability did not compromise on the convenience. Park at the hotel, a shuttle service with friendly drivers pick you up and drop you right at your terminal.
Very good. Highly recommended alternative for people from Chicago suburbs who are going out of town for more than a couple days. |

| (July 13, 2010) This was my first time using your parking lot. It was very easy and the shuttle service was really fast! One little comment, though. I forgot to ask the driver when he dropped me off at the airport where I could meet him on the return trip. So on my return, I called the Marriott. I was told to go to the Shuttle Center and look for door #2.
She did not tell me that the Shuttle Center was across the street from the Terminals near the Hotel. I had trouble finding it. Just an FYI. Overall your service and price were good and I will definitely use you again. |

The front desk was helpful and courteous as was the shuttle driver. The shuttle was on time and took only minutes from the Marriot Suites O'Hare to the airport. We would definitely use the service again and highly recommend to others. A very cost effective way to accomodate your parking needs. The only negative I'd mention is to give customers clearer instructions as to where to pick up the shuttle when returning from the airport back to your car. Maybe a handout would be helpful. |

Had to go back out to the street, and go around to the other side to get in to the parking lot. We missed the bus, but the hotel called us a taxi right away. That was great customer service. Using the parking service at Marriott Suites was very convient ( the shuttle servece was a big plus), easy to coordinate and left me with peace of mind in reference to the security of my vehicle. The price for this service was another plus, it was very reasonable considering the price of a taxi or parking garages in other areas. |

| (May 20, 2010) I will certainly use the Marriot Suites parking lot for future trips. Convenient to the airport, the price is very reasonable, the lot is secure and the reservations were easy to make online. The only negative was our wait for the shuttle upon our return. Although the shuttle is supposed to run every 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for on to arrive. This is certainly not a deal breaker, and probably an anomoly, as the driver was apologetic for the extended wait. I do think that the location for boarding the retunr shuttle to the hotel should be printed out on the reservation. We had to call to find out that you have to go to the Hotel/Motel Transfer Station (Door 2)to wait for the bus. All in all a very fine service. |

| (May 9, 2010) I had a good expeirence parking at Mariott Suites-O'Hare. I dropped my car off, got a parking ticket and when I got back, had it validated. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. I did have to wait about half an hour for the one back to the hotel.
Overall, it was a good expierence and I would definetly do it again. |
